Beautiful place and you can get a simple lunch This castle has amazing trees around it. Well worth a visit. Beautiful building with countryside scenery. Upper floors is only open on Sunday because the lady owner is already 89 years old. The restaurant is open on weekdays, will be a good idea to spend time here. Great garden terrace for a drink or snack. Friendly service. I didn't get to take pictures, but we ate here and went inside the castle. A nice old lady lives there, and the inside is a bit run down, but it has its charms since they still had some of the original walls in one room, along with some of the furnitures that survived the fire. There's a lot of arts on the second floor, but what really shocked me is the mummified cat in a glass box in the taxidermy room!!! It said they trapped a cat in the walls when the castle was built to prevent fires, and I guess it worked for hundreds of years before it did catch on fire but damn 😭😭😭 so interesting still tho! Went on July 20, 2025 Beautiful castle with nice interior and a good explanation what happened. It is also half of an art installation which was nice to see. Such a beautiful place near peaceful park! Didn't go inside. Looked beautiful from outside. Well kept and clean surroundings. Great place to go for a walk.
