Je lui demande comment on procède et il me dit qu'il passera prendre notre commande. 1h plus tard, je le vois circuler entre les tables des clients mais il ne vient pas nous voir. Un collègue fort sympathique m'entend dire à mon fils d'attendre et propose de prendre ma commande mais en me signalant qu'il y'aura 40min d'attente... Si le monsieur de l'accueil avait simplement accepté de prendre notre commande à notre arrivée (1 frites, des nuggets enfant, en 10sec c'est dit !), ça aurait été plus simple. Surtout qu'il prenait les commandes les autres clients entre temps... Un oubli sans doute ou alors je suis arrivée au mauvais moment donc je ne condamne personne mais je conseille de manger avant. Then come the service and the food quality, first and foremost this is very expansive, 14 euros for two non alcoholic cocktails which basically are served from pre made bottle adding only ice cube and few pieces of fruits. All in all we paid 85 euros for two non alcoholic cocktails, a bottle of sparkling water, two orange juice, one vegetarian pizza (pizza bread too much thin and dry, not enough vegetables except for soft pepper and let say mushroom, a cheeseburger which was tasteful, a small basket of fries served with a body hair and have been exchanged after pointing out to the waiter, a small basket of crispy chicken wings that was very dry, a soft chocolate cake with custard sauce and a crepe with nutella that was very much dry and seemed old with almost no nutella, this is way too expansive for a poor quality restaurant or fats food, i pay the same amount for a very good menu in a real upper class restaurant. The staff was friendly but not very efficient regarding table service.
