Only disadvantage is that comfort 5 people accommodation doesn’t have air conditioner. Thus, when outside was 24 inside was 28 degrees… Simply book superior accommodation - just few euros difference but they do have air conditioner. Recommend! Wonderful - exceeded my expectations by a long way. Any pre queries were answered rapidly and thoroughly - great system in place for late arrivals, secure as it's a barrier entry/exit. Little 2 bed home was exactly as shown/chosen on booking, immaculately clean, spacious & brilliantly laid out - toilet separate from walk in room, quality integrated kitchen appliances, lots of pots/pans/casserole dishes, utensils crockery and glassware, Lor coffee machine (takes original Nespresso pods or Douwe Egberts) and a glassware coffee pot if that is your preference. Good free storage for your own purchases, including a bread bin. Full sized fridge freezer and dishwasher - oven is a combi (mostly everything will cook well, but *not* frozen chips), 4 ring gas hob. Welcome pack is great, 2 cleaning cloths, a dish scrubber sponge, a plastic long handled dish scrubber, a tube of dishwashing liquid, one dishwasher pod, sugar sachets, several individual pack tea bags, several coffee pods, and a mini travel rituals set, gel, hair and body wash, soap square, conditioner and body cream and 1 toilet roll. Beds are sized but functional, bedding surprisingly warm to be so light weight - one of the rooms had a second good sized TV in the double slide wardrobe. Outdoor space is divine and peaceful, large parasol completes the space with the table and lounger chairs. Booked to 4 nights but regretting that we did not a week minimum. The is easy to do, with lovely nature embracing grounds, there are ducks and water fowl on the ponds and it's wonderfully serene to watch their little ways. There is a decent heated outdoor pool just off to the side of the snack bar near reception - although we knew it is seasonal (May to October) before we booked, and a but fun playground across from snack bar/near reception. We did not get enough time to fully enjoy the itself. Easy to do place, loved the simplicity here. Check out as easy as it goes, with friendly reception staff. Firstly, every house is different. We had K24. Our house was lovely and spacious. Two bedtooms with each a double bed plus and own and toilet. The kitchen and amenities were exactly what you'd need for a trip away. The house was clean on arrival. Downside - one bedroom the beds literally face the toilet. Not particularly charming. Not the end of the world, but not quite the view I prefer. The itself is not that big, so its safe for kids to roam around. There are two outdoor pools one thats deeper and one for kids. The baby pool is gated so they cant get to the deeper one. There is however no life guard at all. The little restaurant is right by the pool and the staff are lovely. Our house also features a hot tub and sauna which were lovely since the weather wasnt the best. All in all a lovely park. I'd return. is located at a good location, it's very obvious that this was a campaign not so long a go. The cabins look nice. We got a new cabin that was not ready for usage, after we complained we got relocate, the plates of the first cabin where getting loose, windows where not properly mounted and the sauna was dirty and without any privacy. The second cabin was much better, but there is plenty of room for improvement, the cabin for 6 persons is only because there are 6 beds, but it was just enough for two adults and two kids. The has a 80L boiler, with an average of 30L (5 minutes) less than 3 people can take a after each other, something that caused us a cold a few times. The environment is really quiet. Its best to go for the deluxe or comfort rooms to enjoy basic things. Its best to bring your own toiletries and towels because they give only a portion or you pay for extras. The rooms need mosquito nets. Its a great place to relax with family. Its what it says it's. Nice, luxurious & very well-equipped modern cabins. Not very sound-proof, but that is to be expected. The is nice, but you need a car to get around if you have smaller kids; there are no sidewalks or separate bike lanes Nice place to for short & long holiday. Almost every holiday home has private garden & car parking. Kids can play around & Grill also possible. Kids play area & Swimming pool are very nice. There are some additional indoor games too. Supermarkt is 2kms away. Many houses with different facilities available. Can plan according to budget. Great place to for a bit of time with your car, especially with friends. Do be careful with planning around getting food as the area is a little isolated from most takeaways and food shops :) We booked three houses with a spa as a group. After two months, we suddenly received a cancellation without any good alternative. We had booked activities in the neighborhood of this park. The only other option they could offer us was a 30 minutes' drive away. Eventually, we had to book a different house in this town to avoid even higher costs of taking a taxi (with 18 people) to the location. We had stayed at this for three years already and never had a bad experience before. However, this experience and the park's communication will ensure I never go there again. They told us our booking was canceled due to Ukrainian refugees placed there by the local authority. This turned out to be untrue, but they had made an agreement with local authorities that the refugees could there. The indicated that this was a case of force majeure, which was not true. They retracted what they told us earlier but still had no other option than canceling our booking or offering the other park. In the end, they canceled our booking, refunded our money, and we had to find something else in less than a month. At the very least, I had expected them to compensate a part of the more than €1800 extra we had to spend on a stay. However, they were absolutely unwilling to find a middle ground and a solution for both parties. I will never book at this or any other Topparken accommodation ever again. They can apparently always claim they made an agreement with someone else and say it is out of their hands, and there is nothing they can do to find a solution. Force Majeure Force majeure on the part of TopParken exists if the execution of the agreement is wholly or partially, whether temporarily or not, prevented by circumstances beyond the control of TopParken, including in any case strikes, blockades, fire, and other disruptions and/or events. TopParken is entitled to provide the tenant with an equivalent replacement accommodation/camping pitch if the rented property is unavailable due to force majeure and/o Nice and clean place to for a good price.
