Very clean and plenty of free parking. The car park is laid out in such a way, that, if you fancied trying it, you could get away with a bit of wild camping. Maybe it was just the day we visited, but the was very windy and swimming in the sea was like swimming in seaweed soup. Great for families. Lifeguard supervision with a shower and toilet and very long, flat soft sandy beach, with a large car park. There's also a cafe / snack bar and pretty good creperie. A sheltered beach-side free camping aire. Plenty of parking too. The is very flat, clean and has life guards. It does catch the wind alot hence the surf, but we hit it on a very rainy day, so it probably wasn't at its best. A quiet spot but maybe that was due to the weather? Wow! Great surf. Plenty of car parking (2.1m height limit for most of). Very shallow so good for paddling, with separate sections for swimming, surfing and land sailing. There is also a bar at the top of the which also sells ice cream and toys/accessories. Gorgeous (we were there at low tide) with fine white sand and rocks to lie amongst to soak up the sun. Water was lovely and clear and you had to go a way for it to be deep enough to swim. Great views, very uncrowded, plenty of parking and a nice bar for a beer after a day in the sun. One to come back to! We thought the long, sandy was a treat to stop at after travelling, to run along and have a quick dip in the cold water and relax and dry off before continuing our travels again. A perfect way to spend a couple of hours. Perhaps changing sheds and toilets would have been a bonus.
