I bought a bottle of 24 eur Skouras red wine (2012) for a New Year dinner. Took a sip and it was obvious the wine was corked. I went back to the shop to exchange it, however a salesman refused the exchange claiming that he is not in charge to make such decisions. I was told to come back later in the evening to speak to the manager. The manager didn't bother to appear. A saleswoman called him and was told not to exchange the wine. In every civilised country where customer care is at heart of the business such exchange is processed within a minute with apologies for bad experience. Boufis claims to be the best off licence in Europe (oh dear!) while selling "vinegar" in wine bottle for 24 eur! Shame on you! The lady from the desk refused to sell me a sim card because I dont speak english, after she avoid me. I just tell smth like ,,vodafone, wind sim card?,, and she said no and left.
