It all started so well, was fun, were friendly, then once we finished we thought we’d get a drink and some ice cream for the kids. The nice lady of went to check what ice cream was available, came back and confirmed chocolate, strawberry and vanilla was available. Ordered 3 scoops of chocolate for each of them £8.50 in total. 15 minutes later a different member of came out and said only strawberry was available due freezer issues, the kids felt obliged to accept. Both hated the ice cream so wasted 15 minutes and £8.50, otherwise a night out Quite simply a brilliant night. Our group of 11 people didn't stop laughing! Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, well organised. Highly recommended for any get together and a really fun course! Interesting concept and was pretty but could have been if more thought and planning went into the use of space, nice to see something different at Festival aka Bas Vegas. This is such a big space now they have added another floor which I think could have been used better with more interesting and fun holes. Regardless it was fun for a 11th birthday, costs seem slightly high, hope this allows healthy discounts later on. Was worth a visit if only to rekindle memories of Chicagos that previously occupied this unit Really interactive indoor golf. The 12 holes (arcade) are alot better than the ground floor 12. So if you're only playing 1 course make sure you go upstairs. It's a shame the ground floor course isn't as interactive but the cost for the complete 24 holes was very reasonable and enjoyable with a group of friends. We booked ahead online to ensure a timeslot that worked for us. It was very straightforward. place for the kids To have a bit of fun Far far to expensive!! Cute venue with cute courses, more of a place to take kids than date night imo as it wouldn't take long to get round both with just adults I imagine. Daughter enjoyed very much and super friendly and welcoming. Loved it 12 holed per course. Fairground and Arcade themed, reasonably priced cost me and my daughter £24 for both courses. We loved the moving features and the tricky sections!! Fun times had and I made the top scorers board. Defiantly recommend coming to especially on a rainy day!!! What a fun place. So many activities. Thoroughly enjoyable evening celebrating our our Nephew's 18th x The cocktails were delightfully blowing my brains out. The staffs were helpful esp Simone who served us like a king. I really enjoyed the meat feast pizza. In all, twas great. I will keep one star to myself for being a loyal customer. This place was brilliant. My son chose to come here for his 16th birthday. We had never been before. There were 5 of us aged 16 to 45, and everyone enjoyed themselves. We did both courses, the arcade was my favourite, and took us about 45 mins. We then stopped for a drink before doing the circus course, this took us about an hour. Plenty of fun was had, with lots of different levels of ability needed. Thoroughly enjoyed and will return. were lovely, very polite, very friendly, very helpful. Had a for a friends birthday, the was fun. There is an arcade themed course and a carnival one. We did both and had a blast! Drinks are a little pricey, £15 for 2 pints 😬 Fun an quirky indoor adventure golf, deco fitted so well to the theme. Entertaining for group with food an drinks available. Arcade and funfair were really fun to play. Jaxon was 10/10. Unlimited thursday was fun. All were very polite and helpful. Will deffo be going back again. Electro is reaaaallyy fun. So many game options. The is well designed We visited Mr Mulligans at Festival Leisure a few weeks ago. We were the only people in there (Friday lunchtime/afternoon). The two members of on duty were friendly and helpful. We had a game of pool and electo darts. As we had an enjoyable afternoon, we decided to take our young niece and nephew there (to and electro darts) as part of their birthday/ pre Xmas treat. We arrived shortly before our allocated time. As we expected, it was really busy. We queued up in the reception area and waited to be signed in. There was a large childrens party who were getting signed in and most of the parents were hanging around the area. After a few minutes we were signed in and was told the course we would be using was upstairs. When we got to the course there was already a large queue waiting to play, including the large childrens party (of about 10-15 children). We went down stairs to see if we could the course downstairs, as it was busy upstairs. We was about to ask the young female member, when another member of called Amanda jumped in and snapped at us, "You was late". We explained we wasnt late. We was there before our time, but due to the large party before us we couldnt sign in straight away. She again snapped "I was signing them in and you was late". We explained that all we simply wanted was to ease the congestion and we were happy to use the downstairs course. She huffed and reluctantly say "OK". Surely common sense would alternate parties playing on the two courses. The younger female member looked embarrassed by Amandas attitude and behaviour. Im guessing Amanda was the manager on shift as she was the only one not in uniform and had a name badge. We went to the downstairs course, which was completely empty except one very small group who were just finishing. Our young niece commented on a few occasions how rude Amanda was. The young female member of came around to see if we was ok, half way through our game. After our game of golf, we went on to electro darts. We was also going to eat there but due to Amandas behaviour and attitude, we decided to eat elsewhere. I appreciate on the run up to Xmas it can be stressful dealing with the public but Amanda needs to learn social skills and how to deal with pressure, especially if she is a manager. Not only did they loose out on us ordering food there, they have also given a very bad impression for two children who could have asked to go there for their birthday parties with their friends. We contacted the venue via their 'Contact Us' section on their website. Surprisingly, noone got back to us. We then managed to find the 'group' who owns Mr Mulligans, who we also contacted. Again, no reply from them. Rude member (possibly a manager) and ZERO customer service. The itself is looking tatty and is expensive for what it is. Pool can be a bit cramped when its busy. Much prefer the other local golfs (including Maldon and Brentwood) I have visited here twice now with my boyfriend, first to crazy and the second to pool. We were greeted by very friendly on arrival that booked us in with no issues. The cocktails are delicious too!🍹 Definitely recommend if your looking for a fun date night!⛳🎱 Beers on draught ran out, our ended up freezing and we lost a bit of but overall we had a fabulous experience Very disappointed with "breakfast with Santa" . On the phone they seemed like they HAD a plan of how things will go BUT when we arrived we waited 20 minutes to be seated ( wasn't busy at all 3 tables total). Waited for the breakfast about 40 minutes. The breakfast was let me tell you if I'm homeless and I dig in the bin I will find something WAY better. It was just buns with one piece of bacon. And one piece of sausage, no cheese, no sauce, no nothing , just that. And one fork , yes one fork for 3 people .Food was cold and maybe old , maybe someone didn't ate it earlier. The Santa was in a dark black room , which was very stressful for our toddler, now if they welcome toddler, they might consider better "package" . Merry Christmas to everyone eating that for £15 pp rude staff, didn’t feel welcomed at all Took our two young boys for fairground crazy - which they loved. course and fun. Excellent service from the staff. Helped find us the best value option to get booked and paid. Wouldn’t hesitate to return in future. Me and my partner had a lovely spontaneous evening out thanks to Mulligans; a had filled with plenty of giggles whilst enjoying a unique approach to golf! A couple of minor technical hitches, such as on the ping pong round as one of the levers do not work. But otherwise, reasonably value for money and a nice way to pass some free time! Would definitely recommend. Had a at Mulligans Golf! Basically had the place to ourselves 😄 Only thing is a few things were not working when we visited including the final hole - however we know technical faults happen and this did not disturb our lovely evening 👍🏻 Everything was run down, nothing seemed to work properly. Did speak to receptionist after paying out alot of money she offered me a token to basketball which wasn't what I asked for lol. If you like a game of with no interactions and broken interactions then this for you. I have sent an email in also am waiting to hear back! Very fun place, Jessica was lovely! Very poor lighting on the struggled to see the board. In a hour I had about three treble 20.s. Normally I get one every few darts. Games were fun but difficulty seeing. Wires round the board had come loose so was sharp. Making it difficult to know where the dart was gonna land. It has the potential to be excellent but needs a few rouch ups. I don't even think a professional could hit a 180 on these boards. Brilliant the were really helpful especially Ellie on the front desk, the food was really nice and value for money Girl behind the bar was awesome, she found my AirPod case Had a afternoon here, cocktails were delicious and the arcade themed golf course was fun - Chloe and Simone were very helpful. We would have stayed all evening if they had live sports on - Only thing that was missing! Would recommend it!
