Went with 18 month old. There is a very small dedicated for babies but lots of 5+ children kept coming in, there is no supervision around entry to that area, so it was not very safe for my little one. I did not even attempt the toddler area. It is extremely loud in there too. I’m sure it’s for older children however. Just had a joint at Wild n Wacky and I highly it! The service was brilliant, the food was plentiful, and our host, Lily, did an amazing job from start to finish. If you’re looking to book a kids’ party, it’s reasonably priced and incredibly accommodating. We were really impressed! Our first visiting here , enjoyed themselves, we enjoyed the little football pitch and basketball I haven't seen that at most softplays we go to so it was a nice change. also liked the sensory room for my newborn and the older 2 liked it too .. (The only downfall is the parking isn't great.. I recieved a fine for parking in the travelodge car park which I was told to park in as its meant to be 3 hours free and I hadn't stayed over that ... ) I would come here regularly but after a very bad experience today, I doubt that I will be returning. All I asked for was a small portion of scrambled egg on toast for my 11 month old, 2 weeks ago this was not a problem, the lady did this for me and charged me half price but today a different member of said they can do a portion but wanted to charge me full adult price for this at £4.25. She told me it is not possible to do it at a lower price, but could not explain why this was done for me 2 weeks ago with no issue. She then told me it will be better value for me to order a breakfast meal for him at £4.95, which made no sense whatsoever. I paid for just my meal and told her to leave the egg on toast for the and that I will feed him a food pouch that I have for him in my bag, she then had the nerve to tell me that I CANNOT FEED MY ANY FOOD THAT HAS NOT BEEN PURCHASED ON THE PREMISES!!!! Did she expect my to starve or was she just trying to force me to pay £4.25 to feed him, either way I have never been so disgusted in my life. Sometimes a bit of common sense and courtesy goes a long way. I am so disappointed in how me and were treated today. I most certainly will not be recommending this place anymore, I was also very close to booking my 4 year olds here but will be looking to do this elsewhere now. UPDATE: WOW NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY!! Your response is just as ridiculous and pathetic as the situation. Firstly what are you on about the junior member of giving me an extra egg as part of an adult full english? My order both times was for a cheese salad for me, and a portion of your adult scrambled egg on toast, she gave me half the portion and took a bit off the price. This is common sense and you should be applauding this junior member of for looking after customers, but your senior member of clearly has zero common sense! AND WHERE IS YOUR BUSINESS SENSE? All I wanted was a portion of your adult scrambled egg on toast! This would mean using just 1 egg and 1 slice of bread and you expected me to pay £4.25 for this to feed an 11 month old in a cost of living crisis? I was happy to pay £2.25 for this which is fair and still a good amount of profit for you. Everybody I have told about this thinks it is terrible. You clearly have zero business sense because this was so easily avoidable with common sense and customer service, but now it has cost you £££ because I will definitely not be booking a at your venue for my eldest BOY now. Every I visit your venue I get a feedback email. What is the point of this if you clearly do not take customer service seriously or care about looking after your customers? It is very obvious you do not take any customer feedback on board to improve. I hope you can learn from this but judging from your laughable response to my complaint, it is doubtful! Always such a good place to take my baby, lots for her to do there and food! Very loud Good fun for kids. Reasonable-sized venue and ample seating for the family. Nice for footy with plenty of lightweight footballs and mini game set-up for target practice as well as a basketball hoop. Slides for different age groups. Small soft for babies and toddlers (under 2). The food was quite disappointing; ordered a cheese and tomato pizza with chips. They forgot about the order and we had been waiting quite a while for it, but were kind enough to prepare it despite the kitchen closing. But pizza wasn't nice; dry and tough dough and the topping was mostly just tomato sauce with hardly any cheese. A good amount of parking available at the side of the building next to the hotel. You get 3 hours of free parking if you input your vehicle registration at the tablet by the counter as you enter. Children love it How greedy can u get. You have to pay per adult. So for me and my mum to go, and buy coffee while my daughter runs around will cost an entry fee for 2 adults as well as a child. That's absolute filth. I'll never use this place again. Not for birthdays, group parties or just run around for my daughter. Soft in Ongar, sawbo, even kingdom is so much better than this. Disgusting the level of greed. Your gonna make money off of parents anyway for coffee, snacks etc. Quite a small softplay. Went there for the second as there is not much to do in Harlow for the especially when the weather is cold. In my opinion it is extremely expensive for 1,5 hrs session-apprently its like that over the weekends but school times you can stay longer. My enjoyed it simply cos its something new and exciting but the fact that they offer such small sessions couldnt understandand and became upset when we had to leave so soon... In my opinion they should re-plan the sessions. And make it at least 2 hour sessions during the busy times. Even if you are late you still had to leave on time! We got snacks also they are a bit pricey. Staff in general okay some are not that friendly... Not sure about going back issue is there is not much choice around... The main issue is short for and expensive! Brilliant team, service for private hire. We run a charitable organisation in Harlow and booked through funding from Active Essex for our SEND families. Anamdaandher team were truly amazing, attentive and supported us to organise the groups and food to cater for many dietary needs including gluten and dairy free. We are so grateful for the kindness and attention to detail shown to make our families feel welcome 🙏 thankyou 😊😁😁 Amazing service for my son’s party! Great teamwork from the especially Klaudia as she was really helpful throughout the party. We also had the room upstairs only for our guests. I can definitely to anyone to visit this soft for any occasions. Great work! Charlie who was our host did an absolutely amazing job , guy honestly had no complaints about him! Job well done 👏🏾 Visited the with my little one today. were very friendly and attentive. Whenever some of the bigger, more rambunctious made their way in, were monitoring and sent them back to their own area. Thank you, it helped me feel that my was safe there. I will be visiting again. We had my sons today and I must say this was the best experience among any other soft parties we have ever had! Lily looked after us, she was extremely helpful and patient with us and the kids. The director Amanda was so lovely and very welcoming. I highly this place. Thank you ladies for an awesome party! We had our sons here on a Sunday, I can’t thank our host Lily enough, she was so attentive from the second we walked in until we left, she ensured all our guests were happy at some point in the and paid special attention making sure the boy had all he wanted is; drinks and so on. If there’s an option to pick a host we’d highly going with Lily. The adults ordered their own food all enjoyed that and coffees were lovely too. Thanks Wind’N’’Wacky we’ll be back soon! Had a here for my 7 year old, he had a brilliant and so did his friends, I would definately it as it’s larger than average softplay with lots to do. Thank you to our organiser Laila who did a fantastic job, it all went smoothly from start to finish. We could just sit and relax whilst everything was sorted for us. I booked wildnwacky for a laser tag for my little boys 6th birthday. Lily was our host and she was well organised right from our arrival, tables prepped guest list sorted and she was lovely happy and made a fuss of my boy. Everything was planned out and timed and she managed everything for me. The loved the food, the ice cream and had an amazing time. Rachel, their first aider was also brilliant as we had a couple of bumps and a bloody nose and she was right there straight away and it allowed the to get back to enjoying the party, all in all my little boy had an amazing time, every parent contacted me saying there child had a fab and I can’t thank Lily enough for making it a memorable event for all the right reasons :) We had a here for my 4 year old son. I’ve had so many parties here for my children. The have an incredible and there is no stress, it’s clean, tidy and the food is great. The host was Jas, who was very sweet and accommodating, but you can not fault all the staff. All personable, friendly and welcoming. Rachel the manager is fantastic and I highly recommend!!! Came as part of Roots to Wellbeing as a private event. Absolutely brilliant service. Considering there were many families with children of all ages, the organisation was fab! The meals provided were portion sizes and varieties and it was staggered really well.to ensure all the children had an amount and was seated comfortably while eating My son's seventh at Wild'n'Wacky was an amazing experience! He had an unforgettable time, and the truly made the day special. They were incredibly attentive, always responding promptly to my questions and were extremely helpful in every situation. We celebrated our little one’s at Wild and Wackey, and he had the best day! The were incredibly attentive, and all the had an absolute blast. Everything was well-organized and fun from start to finish. A special thanks to Layla, our organiser, for making the day so special! Highly for an stress-free and exciting experience! I booked this place for my son's 5th birthday, it was great, our host was Charlie, very nice, helpful and always smiling, we were informed about everything up to date, I didn't have to worry about anything, food, ice cream, cupcakes, everything was organized, I asked to change the table decoration to our theme, Charlie did it without a problem and with a big smile, the children were very happy as well as the boy. Thank you Charlie for this special day for us and our son for taking care of us and commitment, care and smiles that we didn't have to worry about anything. My son had his 5 th at Wild and Wacky on 13 th of October. They had a in there. The was well organized and the members of the were very friendly and so kind. I highly recommend. Wild n wacky- for years you've always been my go-to soft play! Your coffee is fabulous, your are helpful and your soft is always clean. I hadn't been for a while and brought my daughter along at the weekend- what on earth have you done to your lighting?! It's like entering a nightclub during the day! 🤣🙈It gave me a headache! Please get some normal lighting above the seating area! 🙏 The manager is very rude my toddler is 3 years old and been enjoying playing happily on under 2's I understand the rule but no one is not there but she let him to stop playing and move on other which am not happy about!
