We organised a Christmas Lunch at the Stansted World. We were very pleased to choose such an elegant place and lovely staff. We were very well attended by everyone. We chose the buffet and unlimited balls to play after lunch. If you are considering going somewhere, you have to go there. You won't regret it. You will love it. Thank you guys for hosting us. This has a really nice view from an outdoor space overlooking the course. You can play mini there too, Theme 1066. We visited at 8am on a Sunday morning and until the last hole there was no one else there. It was a crazy-golf course. It was tidy and didn't feel tired or dated. I’d like to say a very very big thank you to Jo, Summer and the whole World that made celebrating my dad’s 90th birthday such an occasion. We were greeted on the veranda area with welcome drinks, inside the venue looked lovely. The buffet was so nice and presented so well. There were on hand all the and were so kind and helpful. The whole event was amazing, dad so enjoyed himself. We’ve been inundated with messages of thanks from all of the guests and they all highly praised the venue and organisers. Thank you Jo, you were absolutely fantastic. We booked for our junior driving club to come and play crazy and enjoy some food after. We were relived they took bookings for larger groups and it was so easy to book and sort out. Joanne got it all sorted with buffet food which far exceeded our expectations, there was plenty of it and very tasty! The crazy course is well thought out, kept us going for ages. A idea for a social for any age group. I used World Stansted as my 21st birthday party venue. It was the perfect private space to celebrate! The were lovely & so helpful, venue is beautiful. What a fantastic BBQ we had on Friday, the food was excellent, menu selection for all dietary needs and plenty for everyone. We also enjoyed the crazy course, and even though it was rather a hot afternoon, a few of us managed to get some holes in one! We always have a at World Stansted. This place is a hidden gem, you can keep kids amused for hours and it doesn’t cost a fortune compared to some places! I bring my children and their friends to play crazy golf, recently they have taken an interest in the range and thoroughly enjoy themselves every time. The are very friendly and helpful. The function room was fantastic, buffet superb and friendly and helpful. A night with many compliments from our guests This was my 2nd booking venue room for function and Jo and her were amazing. Everything from start to finish was on point the food was sooo good (we had the platinum buffet) and they were able to meet everyone's dietary requirements as well as making me a chocolate brownie tower as my 40th birthday cake. Staff were attentive, had the room beautifully decorated and ensured guests were happy Was recommended to visit this place by a close friend who lives in the area. I have to say I was utterly disappointed! I visited for some food, and the service I received wasn't at all to standard. First off, the carpark is filled with litter and potholes, not a impression on those visiting for the first time, especially us older folk. The place was filthy, the seemed completely uninterested in customers, instead focusing on speaking with each other at the end of the bar. Food was cold, and frankly a bit of a mess, looked like it had been thrown on the plate with no care whatsoever! Glassware was filthy with lipstick marks, and the floor was covered in bits of food from previous customers. I complained about this and the so called supervisor up there spent most of his just casually chatting to a gent on the end of the bar, and didn't seem to care a damn about customer service. Before leaving, my wife and I visited the bathroom and she came out disgusted at the state of the facilities. I have to say, the gents bathroom smelled of urine, and the bin was overflowing. Such a shame, this place has the potential to be a lovely local golfclub and resturant, but it seems it is just being let down by the incompetence of those working there. On the 29th November we got married at World Stansted. We had the best day and all of the on the day were incredible But more importantly Joanne had been there with us for a year as we planned for our day. She understood exactly what we wanted and made sure that we got what we wanted. We can’t thank you all enough And a big shout out to the kitchen that produced the most food We had our wedding at World in June, and it was truly the best experience of our lives. From start to finish, the whole went above and beyond to make our day perfect. A special thank you to Joanne, who was absolutely — she helped us with every detail, including our first dance, and kept us updated every step of the way. When my husband and I went down to the lake for photos, our daughter was upset and didn’t want to take part, but the wonderful World stepped in and cheered her up so we could capture some pictures together. Their kindness and thoughtfulness meant so much to us. The service, organisation, and attention to detail were outstanding. We couldn’t have asked for a more caring and professional team. It’s been few months now since the wedding and my friends, family still talk about how it was thanks to world! Thank you all for making our wedding day so unforgettable!
