Sainsbury's Groceries Click & Collect

South Ockendon, United Kingdom Grocery delivery service

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. Very good, fast easy checkout, no queues and no unpacking trolleys and re packing bags. Scan qr code, tap debit card on reader and walk out. Not a great shopping experience. Shelves relatively empty...workers get in the way of everyday shoppers. Surely replenishing the shelves could be a little less intrusive? Security guards as good as useless. Parking is an issue with people stopping outside the store, blocking shoppers view of any oncoming vehicles. Obviously feeling the pinch with energy prices...putting shoppers at risk with a dimly lit car park. Worst experience of my life with Click and Collect here. Was doing click and collect here for a number of months and always found there were items missing everytime. Looked past it due to COVID. The last time I was left waiting for two hours and spoke with 4 different members of staff each time repeating the story of the lost items. The Customer Relationship manager was incredibly rube. She no interest in resolving my issue or empathy for how long I'd been waiting. No staff were wearing any PPE or adhering to social distancing. I no longer and will never shop at Sainsburys again. Avery well stocked supermarket with excellent choice of fresh fruits and vegetables. The only thing missing is my breakfast porridge Jordens Green box. Okey .Dużo przecenionych towarów, głównie jedzenie . Nice airey shop. Great selection of house ware, food and drink. I pop in here to get bits for dinner as it's on my way home. Now they have the nectar savings it's even better Not a main store sadly, but staff always there to help. Small clothes selection nicely set out as is household etc. Always fresh veg and fruit of good quality. Can usually buy named products that are not stocked at other supermarkets. Good quality products and nectar prices are far better than Asda/Morrisons schemes. Oints on al shopping at the till as well. Many Aldi prices are matched and the basic range (Stanford Street) are decent eg. 1kilo of carrots 45p. Staff are helpful. Two gripes :- often no shopping trolley in the bay nearest to the disabled parking, a matter they seem incapable of addressing. Also the Thurrock Gazette is hidden far down the store away from newspapers because "it's not on the managements floor plan"- ridiculous I feel. The goods were a bit pricey, but that is the way things are in most stores in the 🇬🇧. Personal check-out machines was easy to use. I got some clothing items good stuff if you as me. I am think I love this store. Use to like shopping at Sainsbury but over the last few weeks there fruit and veg have been terrible going off so quick and getting home to find I end up throwing fruit and veg away. Looks fine when purchased but after a day or so its no good. That's why I've only given 2 stars. Time for improvement. Good store many things there, large parking Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
