An exceptional evening at Stock Brook Manor for the Brentwood Chamber Business Awards! The was absolutely stunning, elegant setting, beautifully presented tables, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere throughout the night. The were professional, attentive, and kept everything running seamlessly, from the drinks reception to the dinner service. The food was excellent, and the whole evening had a real sense of celebration and class. Perfect choice for such a prestigious event. A big thank you to the Stock Brook Manor and the Brentwood Chamber for putting together such a fantastic night a real highlight on the business calendar! We were the DJs at Stock Brook Manor on Sunday for Carly and Jack and had the best time! A big shout out to Tina was had everything running smoothly and organised. If you are planning a in Essex.... this is the place! Have been here several times now for different events from weddings to Christmas parties. The is stunning and well kept. The are friendly and attentive. The food is hit and miss at times which is a shame. Attending this time for a Christmas party paying £75 a head, several colleagues have said that if it wasn't for the free alcohol, they wouldn't of felt that they got their moneys worth. As the food has been better at other venues. A in a gorgeous setting. Attended a party here. Catering was excellent but this was an external party. There are many facilities within this site including golf, putting green, swimming pool, various courts, gym and much more that I did not see. Site was well maintained and looked pristine when I was there What a wonderfully tranquil location. This may sound crazy/fanciful but as I entered the grounds of this I felt relaxed and peaceful. I am sorry I did not take more pictures - almost like pictures could not convey the tranquility. The golf course looked well maintained and the enormous carpark with the Manor seemingly nestled on top was a beautiful sight on this sunny afternoon. The bedroom in the converted barn was well furnished and comfortable with tea/coffee facilities etc. The three drawbacks for me as a person with osteoarthritis in both knees, the toilet was way too low and although the shower/wet was great, there were no grab handles in case of a slip. The temperature in the was just right. It's a nice little drive through the golf course to the sleeping accommodation, so you get a good view of the Manor and grounds. Everyone we met while there were very friendly and welcoming from the Manor staff, other Manor guests and those arriving to play golf. A full breakfast with "proper" bread and butter was provided, and very tasty it was too. The interior decoration was neutral. Clean and pleasing to the eye. The function rooms we used were large and bright with floor to ceiling windows. A lift took you to the vast dining/dance floor area we were using. The ramp to the main entrance should really have railings next to the trimmed hedge. Just felt a bit like a rabbit in headlights trying to walk up thete with my stick. We really enjoyed our stay there and would highly recommend it as a for a special event or a weekend away as it was so peaceful and tranquil. N B: There could have been more photos BUT it was a very personal event. And the outside ones could have been better but I was too excited! Attended the Bond Night party and we all had a fabulous time. The looked so pretty and the 2 singers were great. Our food was good and catered for 3 people with allergies with ease, with a lady organising it. All the waiting and security were (especially the chap in the hat). And lastly a big thanks to Charlotte who organises these big events with ease. We booked Bridgeton afternoon tea a long while ago, 2 of us eat gluten free.... disappointed with the cake choices... definitely think they could have done better...staff really friendly if somewhat new... definitely the poor boy who dropped cutlery down my back, so apologetic and very nervous... Hope he survives... This has to be one of the best venues in Essex for gym, community, and golf. I feel as though being a member in a space like this allows for a lot of versatility out of membership. I really enjoy that they have a full equipped TechnoGym, amazing greens, and loads of choices for food. I could spend my entire day here! My cousin Dwayne married his long time girlfriend Polly this afternoon. It’s the first time visiting this and I must say it was very grand. As you enter the venue, the landscape and grounds offers loads of space and it’s fairly set back from the main road. I can imagine summer time photos are awesome. The interior of the was also stunning and the food and drinks was good too. Desert and appetiser was the favourite part of the three course meal. We hosted my brother’s Asian here in Feb 2025 - amazing venue, received lots of compliments. The (Tina, Vicky, Hayley, Anita) are very organised, professional and look after you from visiting to on the day. There is no messing around from the or hidden charges (like you may hear about in other venues) The day ran smoothly. We were very pleased and relieved. Thank you to the at Stock Brook x What a beautiful experience we had. Tina and vicky was amazing from start to finish. They really accommodated us in every was possible. Tina was so hands on from the beginning of planning right till the end and helped me go through every detail needed and was on hand to support me throughout the whole day and night till the very end. Nothing felt to much to ask! And Vicky was just a god send of support to us, helped us with all the accommodation made sure we was settled and stayed late to help me she helped me feel so at ease! Xxx love them both and could not be more grateful xx I stayed here in April 2025 while attending a close friend’s wedding. While the itself is undeniably beautiful, my experience with the accommodation was far below the standard I expected — especially at £150 per night. The bathroom had visible mould and a strong, unpleasant smell. The heating in the was broken. There were stains on the bed cover and sheets, and it was clear that the hadn’t been properly cleaned. When I first shared the issue to Tracy( she was so and helpful) she was understanding and tried to help but when she called her manager she was told nothing can be done until the morning. In the morning, when I approached a lady ( I think she was called Jackie) she didn’t believe me when I raised these issue and I was told that no other guest had complained and that she couldn’t do anything about the heating. It wasn’t until I showed photo evidence that they took any action. Even then, I was not offered an apology, which was incredibly disappointing. Eventually, a small radiator was provided, the bed cover was removed( not new bedding) and some of the mould in the bathroom was cleaned, but overall the was still not up to standard as it was very dusty( I have a dust allergy). There is also a note on the door saying this is not a hotel! What kind of rubbish! At the time, I chose not to push the issue further because I didn’t want to cause a fuss or take away from what was a very special occasion for my friends. But looking back, I feel that the hotel did very little to address or make up for the situation or any partial refund. For £300 over two nights, I expected far better. The setting may be for events, but based on my experience, I cannot recommend staying overnight. The perfect for our day! Beautiful grounds, reception room, outside patio and lawn area and a stunning upstairs ballroom/dining room. We comfortably fit 20 tables, 225 guests, dancefloor and band. Coordinator Tina was so patient and helpful throughout, answering all our questions and checked in with us many times. We dry hired the hall and would advise you ask as many questions about the as possible and get answers in writing. The stable accommodation was beautiful and perfect for our close family who stayed over. It seems they do lots of weddings throughout the week and it must get difficult to keep track of each event! Highly recommend! I attended & Sponsored the Action Coach Essex Christmas Business Awards. Fantastic Food , great and amazing businesses . Stayed in the Stables rooms. These were fantastic too!" From the moment that we walked into Stock Brook, we knew that this was going to be the we got married in. Although the grounds are breathtaking and the manor itself is beautiful, Stock Brooks’ biggest asset really is Tina and the entire team. They make you feel welcomed and looked after from the second you choose the right up until your big day. We have had friends who were not able to enjoy the prep and planning stages due to stress at other venues - but thanks to Tina and the here, we can honestly say that we got to enjoy every second. Our day was just perfect and we cannot thank everyone at Stock Brook enough. We had high expectations, and somehow the venue/the managed to create a day that was better than anything we could have imagined. We cannot recommend Stock Brook enough! We recently had our at Stock Brook, and from the very beginning Tina and her have gone above and beyond. The lead up to the wedding, any questions or worries we had they helped with. The day went smoothly and we were always looked after. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Such a beautiful venue!!! The food was to die for, all our guests commented on soup starter which was out of this world. The chef is also so lovely? He had a talk with us at our tasting regarding what we were going for, and even came to see us after our breakfast. The most perfect day. A huge thank you to Tina and her amazing team. We had an amazing experience at Stock Brook Manor for our wedding! The and grounds are stunning. From the moment we booked, the were consistently helpful and accommodating. A special shoutout to Tina and Vicky, who were both so friendly, professional and supportive throughout the planning process. They were always quick to respond to questions and made us feel really well looked after in the lead-up to the big day. They genuinely cared about making our day special, and it really showed. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue. Thank you Stock Brook Manor, for helping make our day a dream come true! My new wife and I were married at Stock Brook Manor last weekend. We would like to say a huge thank you to absolutely everyone on site. Tina, Paul, Vicky, Anita, as well as all the involved on the actual day itself. This includes breakfast staff, golf bar, cleaners, golf buggy/minibus drivers. Everyone went over and above for us. We had the day of our dreams, a weekend to remember and a day that we will never forget. What a truly beautiful venue!!! Thanks again, Amy and Sam Newman x We had our early May at Stock Brook Manor and it was the most perfect for it, especially for a Tamil wedding. Tina was amazing, no matter when or what questions I had - she always made herself available to answer. Vicky was also amazing with the accommodation, everything perfect from check in to check out to breakfast in the morning. A special thank you to the who supported the shuttles to and from the accommodation, which meant our guests did not have to walk from our reception. Will recommend this to all couples looking especially Tamil weddings where there are so many little things that needs to be met which Stock Brook meets. Thank you Tina, Vicky and all of the Stock Brook team. Thanks Stock Brook for brilliant decor, food, great service and and a fab DJ - we had the best night x Jo - Hutton and Shenfield Ladies 1 Tennis x Website change monitoring Monitor any webpage for changes – get instant email alerts when prices drop, new jobs are posted, products come back in stock, or competitors update their sites.
