Atmosphere is a hard one as it’s a wooden cabin in a car park ! Could do with somewhere to sit … but the coffee was fab , the cakes looked amazing , and the chilli cheese local sausage roll was spot on ! Loos were clean , always a plus , and clearly a stop for walkers … so much needed drinks and calories before or after ! Chilli festival there on the may bank holiday ! Beautiful spot to grab a hot chocolate and a locally made slice of cake. Plenty of benches and parking. Beautiful views. Park area for children. Dog friendly visited many times Great choice of snacks to enjoy before or after a nice walk around Eastnor. Seating area. Toilets. Free parking. Dog friendly. Love walking here, especially when you have a nice even pathway for the majority of the route, during the more inclement weather we get! Other local walking spots are so muddy ! Great place to visit and chill out. My only negative point is that the dog poo bin could be moved as it's too close to the eating area. Could be moved elsewhere where as it smells when opened. But if you don't mind the smell it's the place for you 😎👍🌞 Nice setting but sadly I found the food to be very average and the coffee underwhelming. £3.55 for a very small cup is a little mean. Flapjack £3.60, which again was average and stodgy. If you buy a pasty (not the size you would expect - more like a mini pasty) and want it hot, you have to go next door and heat it up yourself. I know businesses have to make money but it all screamed rip off to me. Lovely coffee, fairly priced (£3.95 for a large latte). Lots of drink/food options on the menu. Staff are super friendly and the area is lovely. A perfect place to end a dog walk around the deer park. If you want the fresh food they claim on their website, avoid this cafe !! We popped in after having a lovely dog walk. The coffee wasn’t too bad but the sizes were very small. We ordered some food as well as it talks about fresh artisan panini’s, however what came out was awful !! £6 roughly for the “sun dried tomato, mozzarella and pesto” panini, and what came out was 3 sun dried tomatoes that looked like they were out of a jar from Lidl, a pre sliced bit of some kind of cheese and zero pesto. The “artisan sourdough” panini was just a thin French baguette that you can get in a multi pack from Tesco. What made it even worse was we had to wait for 25 minutes for it to be ready (not busy at all). Avoid here is you want any kind of decent food or decent attitude from the staff Been on holiday locally for two weeks, been here every morning for a walk with our dog, lovely views can walk different paths every day. Had a coffee, tried the sausage sandwich & cake. The food was delicious & there is plenty of seating, would definitely reccomend.
