Fajny kawalek historii 👌🥰 Really interesting museum about local archaeological finds with items in display inside and a reconstructed 2000 year old long house with a wonderful well-informed guide (studying for her masters in archaeology at the University of Oslo). There is a large outdoor section of the park with over 100 grave mounds and information signs which you can wander around for free. The museum costs 100 NOK for adults and 50 NOK for students and includes the tour of the long house. There is a very nice cafe inside the museum and also plenty of picnic tables outside so you can bring your own food and enjoy the scenery. When we got there the museum was closed. So we visited the park and walked around the (reconstructed) 2000 years old long-house, and the burial places. When the museum is closed, there isn’t much more to see than the available online photos. So I don’t recommend getting out of your way to visit the place. Lærerikt og spennende.
