We were waiting for the service on the terrace from 20 minutes approximately. Obviously they were very busy, but in that case they should hire more people. Also, they're not the only bar in that area, so we just went to another place. Seems to be decent coffee house with breakfast, shakes, ice cream, and many more. Sometimes this cool store seems like to be a bit in a hurry, but the products they serve are really delightful, even if drinks are just a bit expensive. But you should give it try! Very nice and tasty ice-cream. Wonderful Cosy place, luckily wasn't that Busy when we visited, loved the Decor ! The Coffees were great too. Nice place to have a spontaneous coffe or ice cream. Our go-to café in krefeld.. they have noce desserts! Waiting 30 min for any attention is absolutely unacceptable. Tried to call the restaurant , even tho the person said she speaks English, she did drop the call when I was asking for someone to pay attention to the table. After that , tried to speak with a manager of the place, he clearly was rude and just threw the phone away. Used to be my friends favorite place to go, but after this nonsense and rude attitude , probably will never go there again I ate a Waffel, it was so delicious I love it I would not recommend choosing any of their non alcoholic cocktails. We asked if we could change them but the waiter said no. Other than that it was a decent night. Great place, fast service, nice people. I’ve been coming to this place for over a year now, and every experience has been excellent. The service is always friendly and professional. The warm and cozy atmosphere makes it a great spot to relax. Definitely one of the best places in Krefeld. Highly recommended! Cold service and rude manager. Hot drinks were ok at best.
