Wonderful staff, the meeting rooms have everything you need. After every break the staff refills the water on the tables. Outside the meeting rooms there is coffee machines free to use and there is always snacks provided. The premises were extremely clean. The only downside is the toilets not being cosy enough, not enough privacy for the hotel bathrooms. Superb and great sound system Very nice concert hall, very easy to arrive with the metro. And could buy only open bottle of drinks in the which was impractical during concert.
