Portions of meals are enough, not huge as in other establishments. We was very happy We stopped in Banska Stiavnica on our way to Hungary (from Slovenia), so we randomly chose this restaurant for lunch. It turned out that everything we ate at this restaurant was delicious. We ordered two Slovak dishes. We really enjoyed them. They were delicious. Our kids also loved the pasta. The drinks were refreshing. The location is in the city center, close to the church. I don't think there are many tourists, but more locals. A highly recommended restaurant. Just a delightful place in the very center of the city, it was an absolute surprise for me to find here amazing dishes not typical for Slovak cuisine. And they were cooked just deliciously. Thank you very much to your chefs for allowing me to try Beshbarmak again. I was able to go back to my childhood. The plate and drinks looked good. Unfortunately have say BUT... The food did not have taste. It was even unsalted. We tasted Beshbarmak and Burgundian beef. Both were disappointment. I was expected more meat in each dishes. In the burgundy we got 3-4 meat piece only. The other food was also not topped well. In terms of spicing and taste there is room for improvement. Went there for a quick lunch, which turned out to be very nice. The food was wonderful and the atmosphere was very cosy. Friendly staff, Marina, will make sure you feel welcomed. Definitely recommend! A very charming place with a perfect location. The food was prepared quickly and tasted great. I ate a dish, called “kiss of love” which was kinda similar to a pizza. It had nice crispy edges and a lot of cheese on it. My parents had salmon (which I didn’t try) and dumplings (which I did and were amazing)The service was absolutely ideal for me: professional, kind, yet completely relaxed. On the top, the lovely waitress has the most beautiful smile that I’ve ever seen. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos (I forgot it as I was charmed by the already mentioned kind and beautiful waitress).
