A very green area. The service unprofessional. The accommodation: the double bed was very small, like a France bed. There was no hot water for the shower in the evening. The staff unpolite. Will not go back. I personally love this place. Everything is cozy, pleasant, and relaxing. The fish is fresh and tasty, for that all food is. The host is very hospitable and pleasant. I highly recommend for team events, family events, or just a quiet getaway for an escape in nature. We staid there for 3 nights and we felt so good. The in the middle of a carpat Valley with a small river and a lot of bears around. The rooms are basic but clean. The is awesome. Roxanna and parents created a paradise estate with a small lake, pools for growing delicious trouts in fresh mountain water and a lot of hide outs in the garden. Roxanna and family - thanks for the nice days. Around you can hike, watch with a guide wild bears in the Reservat. But go there with a suv or a rental. The road isn’t prepared for a sports car ;) The is wonderful, but the staff was treating us bad, especially the waitress. I asked for 2 different things and she said ‘yes’ but did exactly the opposite. The bed was very bad, we had back pains because of the mattress. No social distancing, no masks. Very unpolite owner. Tried to make us pay extra for every small thing that we used or asked for. No privacy at all, he lives in the same place as the rooms for rent are and he was always checking and following us to see what we do. Some rooms haven't been heated in the night and when we told this to the owner he didn't believed us and got very angry. The place looks nice and the surrounding area too, but it's a shame that you have to deal with the owner. Would not go back there and would not recommend at all. Nice but horrible staff. We booked everything online via credit card and arrived there at 22 pm, very tired. The owner asked to pay again cash because of a problem with their POS and then when we asked for explanations (since the money was already blocked on my credit card and non-refundable) threatened us with kicking us out (although the property is at a 15 minute drive from any form of civilization). A very warm welcoming and was a really pleasure to meet them! “Complex Turistic Valea Salbatica” is a wonderful place to escape and spend some quality time with friends, family or even by yourself to enjoy some days in this quite and lovely place. The accommodation was just perfect. Great view and natural light in the room, always heated and clean, it feels cozy and comfortable. The food was tasty and well cooked, fresh fish from their own farm. Very happy with their services and can’t wait to go back! See you soon!
