Man kan godt mærke der kommer mange børn igennem, det ser slidt ud og der er beskidt. Slush ice maskinerne kunne følge med og udvalget af is var så kedeligt. pengene værd. It's a huge indoor playground with lots and lots of activities, a restaurant, plenty of tables and chairs where you can enjoy a nice meal, drink, Expresso House, lovely staff, Dinosaur themed, toilets, microwave, usually full of happy and tired, but also happy adults. There is no control and it can be a circus. An expensive jacket was stolen recently and we were met with astounding indifference and incompetence from those running the place. Vi besøgte Funplays i Ballerup til vores datters 10-års fødselsdag, men oplevelsen ødelagde dagen fuldstændigt. Flere afdelinger var lukket af uden information på forhånd, så børnene havde nærmest intet at lave. Efter bare 5 minutter kunne vi se, at det var det, vi havde betalt for. Da vi bad om at få vores penge retur, blev vi afvist og bedt om at skrive en mail. Den sendte vi med det samme – men vi har stadig fået svar. Det er både dårlig service og mangel på respekt for kunderne. Vi betalte fuld pris for noget, vi aldrig fik, og oveni blev vores datters fødselsdag ødelagt. Vi kommer aldrig igen og kan på ingen måde anbefale Funplays. The worst costumer service ever, they didn’t let us to cut the cake because we were behind few min, send us out of the room, with the cake, plates, cups and everything in hands. I could understand if it was another birthday after but it was no other birthday for the entire time until closing. Hvad der ellers altid har været en fantastisk eventyrlig oplevelse, var det stik det modsatte denne her gang. Der er møg beskidt over hele legelandet, der ligger sågar brugte snusposer på gulvet. Trampolinerne er lukket - og det vides hvornår de åbnes igen. Der er flere isterninger, de er udsolgt. Gummiringene som hører til en af rutsjebanerne, er der kun 3 tilgængelige. Tiltrods for at der er 5 bananer at kører ned ad. At give næsten 600kr for 2 børn og 2 voksne og standarten er på det niveau, er galt fra okay. Jeg har aldrig set så beskidt et legeland! Jeg har været i rigtig mange, men det her tog prisen som værende det mest ulækre. Madrester overalt og kæmpe bunker af støv og snavs. Jeg tror at der bliver gjort rent særlig ofte. Som udgangspunkt et sjovt legeland for børn, men man kan være bekendt at holde det en smule renere.
