The appetizers were simply mouthwatering we ordered four starters to share between three people, and every single one was so good it left us eager for the next. For the main course, I had the rabbit, and I can say without hesitation it was the best rabbit dish I’ve ever had absolutely delicious. My companions enjoyed a beautifully prepared fowl bird and rabbit as well, each dish executed perfectly. Dessert was the perfect finale: a panna cotta with raspberries and white chocolate that was so balanced and flavorful that I still find myself craving it. After dinner, we were given a tour of their impressive cellar, where they also produce their own wines. I have to admit I’m usually skeptical about pairings, often seeing them as a way to upsell guests. But this time was different.
