You can think of a place that everybody has the right to spend time to enjoy but every citizen who lives around that place has to withstand noise above 80 dB (illegal) even after 10 or 11 o'clock until early morning. They were 3 members of staff chatting with each other and not paying attention to costumers in some points. Coffee was bellow average in my opinion.
