It states personal belongings should be placed in lockers I removed a bag left in changing cubicle and was told by a member of staff I should not have done it as person was only in the toilet, what difference does it make where they are, they still left bag in cubicle which means no one else can use it!!!!!!! I mainly use the pool. Its clean and well maintained with a lifeguard always on duty when I go. Lockers and changing areas kept clean. I dropped a star due to lack of hairdryers which should be free to use. Otherwise bring your own! We always go to the as a family, we usually take a family package for €24.50. This Sunday, as usual, anywhere not in a hurry came. However, after a while, a member of staff approached us and told us that we should leave the already because our was up. They could not explain anything to us at the reception desk, we were not informed or warned about anything before the purchase. At the same time, there were few people in the pool, it was quiet and not crowded. Very disappointed with this attitude and unprofessional approach. At the same time, there were two more families with us, our acquaintances, with the same colored bracelets, who arrived at the same as us. Nobody didn't even say them anything about their time. We are all amazed by this service in that day. If you have now such rules, why did you leave others in the with the same color bracelets? Why did you make my children feel violated in their rights and opportunities. Aqua classes are excellent. Some great instructors. Place is very clean Very enjoyable,excellent coach What they offer by way of facilities is second to none. Staff are friendly,well trained and always willing to help Staff are always so helpful and friendly. There are people working there who have been there years and this shows great loyalty. Equipment is serviced well and kept up to date. My lassie loves her swimming lessons with Ella too :) Highly recommend :) Great gym, all the machine you need for a good work, but could use a few abdominalmachines. The swimming is a great size and the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi are great to finish off your workout 👍🏼 Had great here.Great pools and staff Excellent for lessons, the kiddies is sectioned into 2 for the smaller kiddies and is very safe. There are always lifeguards on duty and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. The dressing rooms are always clean and there are quite a few family changing rooms. the gym and the are good, and the new equipment for the gym has become much better, but it seems like more exercise machines are needed, which are not there, but the aura is a good sports complex) the staff is always friendly,so i can't give it too low a rating because aura is a good sports complex but i think there is some work to do We always had a good in the with the children, but this last time, we didn’t even have to swim properly when we were asked to leave because the had run out. Other people with same bracelets, like ours, were left in the pool. And bracelets issued selectively, not to everyone. Complete discrimination, this has never earlier happened here.
