The was brand new and he had so much fun riding it on the pumptrack course in Torrevieja. Petra was very lovely to us, my son fall over once and the got some scratches over it. When return it, her son and her didn't charge us extra for it. I would definitely recommend their service. I've rent an Orbea Orca for 3 days : the was perfectly set-up and running smoothly. I was able to pick it up when it suited me the most even though it was supposed to be during the closing times ! Petra sent me links for various routes in the area, which was really nice. I am a keen cyclist and could see that the were of quality and well maintained. My wife has not cycled for many years, but she thoroughly enjoyed the experience, which probably would not have been the case with a cheap bike. This is also a nice company to deal with. Communication is good, the advice is helpful, and the people are very friendly. Prices are fair, and the rate will be lower per day for longer hires. I am happy to recommend them. We have rented in Canada, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, Austria, Italy and other places in Spain but never got as as the ones from MTB Torrevieja Online Rental. The was also excellent!
