I am appalled by the filth in the city's streets and parks. It's full of dog poop everywhere. The dogs have pooped and peed all over town. This is of course the fault of the dog owners because they don't clean up after their dogs. But the authorities who are responsible for the cleanliness of the should maintain the cleanliness of the city. Severe fines should be introduced for dog owners who do not pick up after their dogs. A 1000 euro fine for the first violation, a 5000 euro fine for the second such violation. This also means that during the interim period of the old card expiring in 6 months time and the new card arriving my disabled wife can not use disabled car parking spaces in Spain.
