Brilliant spot , the Anglers in Alacante. Nialls a true Gratt. Place is spotless. Food is faultless. Entertainment is priceless. A very lively Irish bar located amidst the street full of other bars. The first time we came here was during summer, the place was crowded but we were able to share a table with some customers to grab a pint of Guinness. However kitchen closed so we weren't able to stay for long as we haven't had dinner. This time we decided to come earlier at 6pm during the St. Patrick's Day weekend and the place was not to our surprise, also crowded. Not wanting to give up, we came back again at 7pm and managed to get a table. Ordered their Cheese & Onion Pie, Buffalo Sauce Chicken Tenders and Quiche and it sure was worth all the wait! Unfortunately when we wanted to order more mains, the kitchen already closed (at 8pm) but they had some crisps available. Waiters were very and fast (despite the place being super packed). One of the guys attending the tables seemed to be the owner / manager, very and heartwarming guy. Makes you feel welcomed and appreciated that you can't resist planning your next visit there! There are plenty of seats, both indoor and outdoor. Cracking staff, top atmosphere. Worth going out of your way to visit. Great pub, always a atmosphere in there with live music at night, several screens outside to watch all the sports. Inside has several very large screens to watch even more sports and is very cool and comfortable in the hot weather.. Food is available and very reasonably priced. The are very nice and helpful. Went several times with no complaints. They serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails and Mocktails, for the kids. Little irish pub in Spain. are extremely friendly. Grand pint tho. Nice bar and atmosphere. Had lunch with family. The Spice Box is spot on Possibly the best pub in Cabo Roig. pub food. The are amazing. Well, there's a heck of a lot when this could affect the owners licence? The manager on duty had no control. We have been quite a number of times over the years and always thought it was great. We come over 2x yearly and spend a fair bit. Not again. Couldn't hear my self think even once the tvs were turned off and I've a hearing deficit. Sorry O'Riodans normally a 5 star establishment after tonight we won't be back. Was in o Riordan’s today . The were so incompetent and a nice young lad is in need of deordiant . Also the boss son is in need of a reality check . Looks like the son is just living off daddy . Didn't have food, but came here a few times for a drink. However we popped in yesterday for a couple of drinks and we’re met by Tina!!! What a lovely lady she is and so very attentive to all her customers!! If only there were Tina’s in every bar!!!
