The appeal is entertaining, but more importantly the brightly coloured townhouses from the 17th and early 18th centuries which line the canal, where many historical wooden ships are harbored. As for the restaurants, if you want to sit and the view, that’s nice, but if not, just strolling around is perfectly fine too.
