Great view pretty much from all the seating. The staff was very nice and polite...helpful with many tips how to get to the arena. Organisation outside the arena was really poor; we were herded into a massive gridlock of people. The arena itself was pretty organised, ticket control etc went so fast The seats are not comfortable for a long show where you need to stay seated. The sound quality wasn't really great, and the info beforehand (from ticketmaster) was very vague regarding which entrance to use and availability of food/drinks inside (there's plenty of drinks and quite a few snack options available in multiple outlets). Also, the toilets stank already when almost no visitors had arrived yet. Other than that it's quite nice, good layout and easy to get around both inside and when arriving or leaving. What an amazing venue! My first at Royal was truly amazing. I am in awe at how well organized the venue is. I had a experience and although I was skeptical before having heard the sound was bad and it was too big, I think it was an awesome experience and I will definitely return. Easy to get to by public transport, well organised, but 1. the was extremely loud. We love loud music, especially rock, but if we didn't have earplugs, it would have destroyed our eardrums. 2. You need an App to use the lockers, it took quite long to activate it. Good multipurpose arena, with presence, with good acoustics and lighting. Local parking, or at front or nearby. The subway and the bus stop are a little far away, 3 blocks, something to consider with footwear and clothing when going to an event here with the Denmark's weather. Relatively comfortable seats, with modern facilities, very clean and wide hallways. Clean, modern and well-equipped bathrooms. Although you will surely have to queue and wait to enter. Variety regarding food and drinks. The central bar, in its internal part, has a very good view of the stage. In all areas there are personnel and security very willing to serve. Came here in 2019 for a UFC event and the roof was about to blow off this arena. The atmosphere was electric, you could tell everyone was having a time. The food and drink service was and it’s easy to get around and find seats. It's really large, well located and ideal for creating a good vibe. We went for a stand up comedy show and a downside was that the seats are not comfortable for a long show where you need to stay seated. Went to see Tate McRae on the 30th of May and I’m still mesmerised… The itself was pretty organised, ticket control etc went so fast The bar or whatever you call it is a little bit expensive but probably for Danes it’s normal prices so yeah The is excellent. Near public transport and various parking lots. The acoustic is fantastic. We needed help finding our gate and the personnel walked us to it and even aided us to scan our tickets at the entrance. I highly recommend the Royal Arena. We went here for the Mumford & Sons last week. We had a experience. One note: they didn't allow us to bring in a small bag like the one I attached. It was not clearly specified in the instructions. We had to leave it outside and we didn't find it again when we went out My first time experiencing a in Copenhagen. I’m looking forward to attending another show at the Royal Organisation outside the was really poor; we were herded into a massive gridlock of people for almost 40 mins before getting into the venue. Staff were shouting at people and the place was filthy on the outside. There were limited toilets on the inside, and we were given the wrong drinks order but the lines were too long for us to bother to ask for them to be changed. It’s really hard to see the stage due to the shape of the pit.
