Good access, but lack of private parking. Toilets OK, but not right next to the playground (upstairs), only on the ground floor. Refreshments - drinks in vending machines (very cold!!), insufficient food - waiting 45 minutes or MORE. Little seating - refreshments, parents sit and talk, they are rude to visitors who want to eat. Some sit on the ground and eat from the ground like animals. Wir sind schon einige Jahre hier und hatten früher sehr gute Erfahrungen. Wir haben auch immer wieder für Playworld bei Freunden „geworben“. Um so mehr enttäuscht mich die Entwicklung seit ca einem Jahr. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter:innen hat leider stark nachgelassen. Das war früher vorbildhaft. Mittlerweile ist auch oberstes Gebot der Mitarbeiter:innen zu schauen dass ja keine Plätze mit Tischen belegt werden. Alternativen zum Sitzen gibt es aber kaum. Also anstelle zu schauen was brauchen meine Gäste geht es nur darum wir möglichst schnell Geld gemacht wird. Sehr schade. Es wäre so einfach zB explizite Plätze zum Essen und explizite Plätze zum Sitzen zur Verfügung zu stellen. Aber wenn es Erfolg bringt ist es ja zweitrangig ob sich Besucher wohl fühlen!? Wir werden ab sofort (leider) in einen anderen Indoor Spielplatz wechseln. Ist zwar weiter weg, aber dort gibt es ausreichend Sitzplätze für Eltern. The only recommendation I have is that customers shouldn’t have to pay to use additional arcade machines inside the building. This should be included in the price . However, if you're booking a room for a party, be mindful of the strict schedule. We found out the hard way that there is little flexibility with timing. Even though we were just a few minutes late getting the kids out of the room, the staff began cleaning up the room as soon as our time was up—even while the were still finishing their birthday cake. I understand they have a busy schedule and need to keep things moving, but a few minutes of patience and understanding for situations like this would have gone a long way. While the kids enjoyed their day and they didn’t mind going back to play, we would think twice about booking a party here again due to the rigid time management. This is a quite unique co-working I accidentally stumbled upon. This facility can be easily a great fit for your team as well. What I liked during my visit: + The facility itself is clean, well-decorated and offers a welcoming work atmosphere with professional staff and ample desk space. + There’s plenty of food available onsite to stay energized throughout the day. Also there are numerous snack machines. + The prices here are highly competitive; admission is €4 per day during the week and €5 at weekends. Overall, I would give it a rating of 8/10. Cheaply made and very expensive. It’s is like being in an old factory with in it. The floors are slippery and I just watched fall down all day. This is the only indoor park I have been to that does not use carpet. If you have very small children, watch out for the stairs as they are obviously not made for children. The only reason I am writing this bad review is to warn other parents of the safety issues this place obviously has. Proceed with caution. Ich war wirklich positiv überrascht was die Sauberkeit betrifft,da habe ich schon andere Sachen gesehen. Was ich allerdings wirklich schlimm finde,ist der Eingangsbereich der viel zu klein gemacht wurde und die Garderobe. Wenn man bedenkt das Erwachsene Kinder begleiten,und die Garderobe ist nur mit Kinderbänken ausgestattet...schrecklich. Das gehört viel größer gemacht. Es ist halt mal so,das man eher auf Indoorspielplätze geht,wenn das Wetter danach ist. Da hat man Jacken mit. Parkplatzsituation ist auch bescheiden. Der Spielplatz Ansich ist wirklich top. Leider das Personal legt großen Wert darauf, dass die Kunden mehr Geld für ihr Essen ausgeben, anstatt den Eltern die Möglichkeit zu geben, sich zu entspannen, ohne sich ständig um ihre Kinder kümmern zu müssen. Alle 15 Minuten kommt jemand vorbei und erinnert uns daran, etwas zu kaufen.
