Hoping to bring over family or friends on my next visit. After our cycling tour in the area of Kop van Schouwen we finished here (we had already parked our car here) and had tasty pancakes. Some sweet with sugar or strawberries, ICE cream and cream and also some tasty one with ham and cheese. Everything was really good. The staff was really and the food came fast but freshly made. For the Kids a playground is available so they could play while we adults sat at our table in the garden. We came with a family with 2 small kids. It was quiet full that evening. We received a welcome. All seemed well organised. Consider that you might have to wait in a queue for 10-20min depending on amount of guests. Playground for the kids was very nice and save. Sitting outside in the garden under the small fruit trees was great. Staff was and helpful. Food was a bit pricy but very good. Taste the local beer with homemade recipe. We can recommend this place for families. staff, and tasty coffee & pancakes. They did try to talk to us in German 🤣 while we are all Dutch, but with so many Germans around no wonder 😜. Makes it feel like a day in Germany with a Dutch theme 🤣 Delicious and beer! Took the one with cheese and champignons, absolutely delicious. Only waited a couple of minutes for a table. Within 15 minutes the were ready. Dog friendly! Lovely welcome, great setting and delicious food. Wholewheat pancake so much tastier than white flor and nice to know the flour was ground at this specific windmill. Awesome location. The mill is wonderfull and the taste great. Anyhow, the food was rather expensive. Also guest had to queu although plenty of tables were empty. The playground was great.
