Toilets on site which are accessible and very clean. Really enjoyed the walk here with fabulous views of lough ree. Nice place for a weekend break with family and friends. There is a kids play area, tables and benches, lots of green area for some picnics or sunbathing. Well kept, clean and comfortable,lots of information signs. Little restaurant looks great outside, haven't been inside it was close at that time. It's a great location to spend a romantic evening with your family. Get a book and some coffee. Area for watersports, swimming only at times , mainly boats , Kayaks etc by water.
