We recently hosted a here and would highly recommend it! The had a fantastic time — first enjoying the soft play area, then the 9D cinema, followed by laser. We wrapped up with food and bags (to bring your own birthday cake). A lovely member assisted our group and was incredibly kind, even allowing two latecomers to join without any fuss and free of charge. Everything was so easy to organize, and the loved it! Brought the nieces and nephews to the soft play centre last week and they had a ball. Went a few days later with the whole family included and everyone had the best time. were so friendly. Stayed for a game of pool later. Great facilities, friendly helpful staff, and very good prices for activities. Amazing Birthday Experience! We celebrated my daughter’s birthday here today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The place is perfect for – fun, clean, and well-organized. The were incredibly friendly and helpful from start to finish. A special thank you to the host – the girl who looked after the children was fantastic! She was kind, professional, and made sure everything ran smoothly. The had so much fun and felt really special. The price was also very reasonable for the quality of service we received. Everything was just ideal – I honestly couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend this place for anyone planning a children’s party! Good selection of arcade games, I was pleasantly surprised to see a newer DDR here! We had a Birthday there in May 2025, what an exceptional service we got,we were spoilt there by the host. Everyone and everything was taken care of. We were expecting 8 as minimum required for a party, and as only 6 arrived, we payed for 8 but we got 2 vouchers for free next visit ( instead of their usual 1 for birthday kid). The host lady was very kind and polite, we were treated as the queens there, couldn't ask for more. Great hour playing bowling. The were very friendly and engaged with everyone. The place was clean but the toilets could do with more attention. Other than that a fantastic day we even got a print out of our game. My daughter had her 8th birthday at the Planet with 15 of her friends. The whole experience was brilliant. We were assigned a host who guided us through the bowling, 9d cinema and lazor tag, food and free bags with the booking . Highly recommend 👌 We visited as a family and played we had booked four courts and only used two and the service and support was exceptional. Those who did play loved it so thank you all so much, Its alright to knock out an hours and a few laughs..was way better years ago with the bar, and monitoring or parental supervision/accountability in the section is very poor. Was there today and watched 4 or 5 women having a full blown row using curse words in the children's area, and the never said a word. Held our son's birthday in the Planet. From the minute we went in the were great, our assigned host was excellent and guided the through the activities with ease. Package included soft play, bowling, 9D cinema and food. The girl looking after the group was very good, she was efficient and looked after our needs. The transition from one activity to another was seamless for the group. We will be back again (we have been before - a great spot). The service and atmosphere was amazing. All the and adults were thrilled and had a great time. The place is wonderful with so many fun things to do and i would definitely go there again. We had a there yesterday.
