We spent a couple of hours here, and we did not do the activities that cost extra. At the front, the price chart is described as "under 6", "6-10' & "10+". The basic price of 6€ is really for under 6. My older enjoyed the Gummistiefel Golf & the disc golf, but everything else was for younger kids. "The fun stuff" as my described, was quite a bit extra money: 22€ for ages 6-10 & 28€ from age 10 (including basic entry fee). Nice bathrooms; men's bathroom had a lot of dead flies on the floor. :( First time visiting the whole park! It is really a lovely location only 30 min away from Vienna! There is a pet corner with goats and lamas walking around you, as well as chickens and rabbits! On the activity side there is climbing and balancing between the trees, mini (table) golf, corner, minting for jewels, pony riding, carts and enough space for everyone! Great place for spending couple of hours in the afternoon! Except for the entrance, you have to pay a separate fee to use most of the facilities, even trampolining, everything that is free is also available in neighborhood parks. Why do we have to drive so much to get to such a place?!! It was a bad experience for me and my family The climbing parcours is fun once or twice a year, but the tracks are unchanged for years, so it get's a bit old. But the prices surged extremely and only the entry for 2 above 10 plus 2 grown ups is 116€ (4 x 29€), which is too much. Eating a Wiener there and having a coke adds another 30€ to 40€. Lots of attractions and things to do for kids, everything looks safe and fun. Food station is badly understaffed! a high entry price, and all what would be fun, is seprate to pay Tickets are not expensive, and you can use NÖ card for entrance. But beside that everything else you have to pay additionally. Park has some interesting points, but in general it is not well maintained. And for sure I will not go there anymore. I was absolutely shocked to see how the were protected (or rather NOT protected) in the petting zoo. We saw throwing rocks at goats, and no staff was available to intervene. While I strongly believe that parents should watch their children, it is also the responsibility of the company to protect the that they use to lure visitors. We approached the and told them to stop and also made one staff member aware of the situation. This staff member is, however, in charge of guiding on the ponies- so how on earth should a single staff member be able to protect all these different animals? I would highly advise to write rules on how to treat on the gate entrance of the petting zoo (ideally in multiple languages). This sign wouldn't cost the company much money and it helps parents to tell how to treat if they do not know it themselves. Another suggestion would be to have a staff member available and present inside the petting zoo. who mistreat, kick, throw things at can then be guided out of the petting zoo. Somebody needs to take responsibility of how these are treated. I kindly ask the company to take this matter seriously and for people visiting the Erlebnispark to call out abusive behavior. How are you reducing animal abuse by visitors? How do you define safe handling of animals? What methods do you have in place to gather visitor's experience with the petting zoo? How do you know that animal's safety is guaranteed? How do you collect this proof? I appreciate a response from the company with concrete steps that the company is eager to make in the near future.
