Really family day out wheny parents came to visit. Spent about an hour plumb picking, where you pay for the size of the box you want then off you go to fill it. Then went to the sunflower field to harvest some sunflowers to take home. On site cafe/ restaurant does pretty good food, gets quite busy so advise booking in advance Also have an extensive farm shop. Well worth a visit and will be coming back for the pumpkin picking later in the year Amazing breakfast spot. All the food is locally sourced. Outdoor dining area is with open fire and field that leads to an alpaca farm. Coffee is great! Recommend the eggs Benedict and pancakes with bacon. Staff are really friendly and always willing to go above and beyond. Overall chilled cafe! This was a professional visit to some of their catering equipment. A charming venue within surroundings. The menu is varied and the staff are excellent. A highly recommended day out for the whole family. I think we were abit late as most of the pumpkins were mouldy, but we managed to get a few. Excellent coffee, crepes were and the coffee very good. It was early jn the morning and the was nice and calming. I liked the interior and surroundings very much. The breakfast was beautifully presented and delicious. The was and nice to have a pot of tea where the tea i not not weak. It must be because it was a Two Teas tea bag in it. It's always a place to shop, and now it's getting even better! bread, and now a deli & butchers on the way. I can't wait! I love the too, if you can get in there, as it's always busy, as the food & atmosphere is great. PYO strawberries have always been a favourite, too, at this time of year. Also carries a selection of gluten free products, which is 👍 We are so lucky to have this innovative farm on our doorstep - thank you, Peterley Manor Farm Loved the variety here, Farm shop, plant and Gift shop, soon to have a new cheese and delicious section. A wonderful cafe, highly recommend the food. Contains lots of pop up markets and activities, yoga, sauna, hot tub, ice cream stall, venue areas for hire to name but a few!!! Really well laid out Very cute place! The farm has a range of products, their frozen section allows you to bring your own container to fill up to reduce plastic! They have a few frozen pastries to choose from which is amazing! Veggies and fruits look absolutely beautiful. selection of break as well. The restaurant has a fam vibe, staff and delicious coffee with a raspberry and pecan brownie. Will definitely be back to try some food options! The food here was exquisite; the Shakshuka with the flat bread was so tasty- definitely the best I have ever had. Also really enjoyed the affogato which came with cacoa nibs, giving it a bitterness. Although the food was excellent, the was sometimes a bit slow. Well stocked garden centre and prices are very competitive and value for money. The has vegan and vegetarian options and was impeccable. The flatbreads are cooked in a wood fired oven and the dough was being made as we sat enjoying drinks. Had a time with friends. food and felt welcome. Polite staff and walk to view Alpacas There was a lively breakfast time bustle indoors and I fancied some quiet time, so I had a seat beside the wood burning stove in the sheltered area outside. I had a cushioned seat and a blanket to keep me extra toastie and a sunny but cold autumnal morning. Thankful for the kind and attentive and the atmosphere. The peace was just what I needed this morning and I made the most of it before other brunchers started to trickle in. I love Peterley Manor :-) I wonderful, wholesome visit to Peterley Manor Farm. Picked sunflowers and had breakfast which was delicious with excellent service. Also stocked up in the farm shop. Really disappointed with the breakfast this morning, I had eggs Benedict with wilted greens. Unfortunately some parts of the greens were yellow and the muffin crumbled when I sliced through it, I actually queried whether the muffin was fresh, as it didn’t taste like it. The waitress said they are fresh everyday. Um!!! I don’t think that was the case. I’m also a vegetarian and there is hardly any options on the menu. It was a lot money, especially when you’re eating out, it has to be right. If I was invited to go here again I would think twice and perhaps go somewhere else. When you’re paying this much you expect something special. It’s sad as I want to support local companies, however I have to send this post out.
