Excellent fitness center to engage, relax, and grow your muscles 😄. They have variety of sports options both outdoors and indoors. Parking space is not a concern here. The facility is modern and well maintained. It is difficult to get a slot booked in primetime. Came here with my 2 yr old daughter for the Comicon event. We had a lovely day, the staff were helpful and friendly and there were lots of memorabilia stalls. Even characters from some our favorite games and shows and my little one loved meeting Bluey! 😁 Great gym and plenty of parking. I’ve been coming here since it opened and have no complaints. Really good facilities and great equipment in the gym Who is the manager of this leisure centre ? I’ve sent them an email twice about the following but still no response . The pool area and changing rooms are not up to standard , and at swimming lessons for children at the weekend, adults are standing there near the showers (AT THE POOLSIDE) with their outdoor shoes on, nobody enforces the rule to take these off upon entering the changing area. I think it’s very very poor , and disappointing that the management and centre staff are not enforcing this rule strongly . I’m only giving two stars because I think there is a nice community feel to the centre, but facility wise it’s not up to scratch at all, and the carpark should be free for people with memberships. I used the gym facilities whist visiting Maidenhead which were great. The leisure centre as a whole was impressive with its architecture and additional facilities it offers such as swimming and sports courts etc. I had a good gym session, it was spacious, had plenty of natural light and hosted a good range of cardio, strength and core equipment for all your workout needs and also had an added bonus of a massage roller to leave you walking out feeling refreshed. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The only thing that could’ve made the experience better would have been free or validated parking. Aside from that everything else was great. I can’t thank Nicola and the gym staff enough for the support I received this morning. They truly went above and beyond to help me complete an important workout, and their encouragement and professionalism made a huge difference. The new gym itself is absolutely state of the art, everything from the equipment to the overall atmosphere is top class. I already can’t wait to continue training there and work towards achieving my fitness goals moving into 2026! Really nice place but many treadmills don't work, the swimming pool area floor isn't cleaned properly (daily with disinfectant) neither the spa floor! This leads to all sorts of infectious foot issues like athlete's foot. The recent decision to ban outside footwear in the change rooms hasn't made any difference, and they have now taken away the shoe protectors. The booking facility for the courts are very shamefully managed. They have cancelled all 4 four courts which we have booked for a group game 5 days before the the game on the morning of the game day. And it was too late to get the courts somewhere else as it was too late for other bookings. So, incase you are planning for an important event or something better think twice. And this is not the first time they are doing it.
