Appointment from their website was very easy and I got for the next day quickly. When you go inside, they direct you to service very nicely, asking to show your appointment QR code and then you fill a form and wait shortly your turn to come to see the doctor. (You can come a bit earlier than your appointment) The doctors speak good English. Despite the long waiting lines (you really must be there very early in the morning, or right at the end), the doctors there really take their time and advise you the best they can and explain everything you would like to know, the risks, other tips for your trip. Everything in German but I think they are good with English too. I heard it should also be the cheapest Vaccination Center in town (at least you don't pay for the consult), but I really felt I am dealing with professionists. I got also a Vaccination Pass which is nice. I do not understand the negative reviews:) I was invited precisely on my appointment time (13:42), everyone was so friendly and the medical staff spoke perfect English, so they gladly answered all my questions and asked about my vaccination history. Moreover, you can pay by bank transfer within 2 weeks from the vaccination date, which is amazing, since you do not have to wait in a line to the cash desk. I would gladly come back! Die Terminbuchung war einfach und schnell, und vor Ort lief alles reibungslos. Die Wartezeit war minimal, das Personal freundlich und professionell. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm, und ich habe mich gut beraten gefühlt. Besonders positiv fand ich, dass die Impfung selbst schnell und nahezu schmerzfrei durchgeführt wurde.
