Pizzeria Melvin er en skjult perle i hjertet av Langhus, plassert i rolige og moderne omgivelser i Parkveien 4F. Restauranten ligger i et nytt og urbant boligområde med en hyggelig og bilfri gågate rett utenfor. Her er det både grønne omgivelser og god plass for barnefamilier, og området føles trygt, rent og godt vedlikeholdt. Uteserveringen er gjennomført med solide benker og bord i tre, og på solrike dager er det ekstra hyggelig å sitte ute og nyte et måltid med blå himmel og utsikt til de stilrene bygårdene rundt. Det er lett å komme til restauranten både til fots, med bil eller kollektivt. Inne er lokalet smakfullt innredet med moderne detaljer og lun belysning. Store vinduer gir masse naturlig lys og skaper en åpen og behagelig atmosfære. Lokalet er godt organisert med nok plass mellom bordene, og det føles aldri trangt. Maten er på høyt nivå – pizzaen er blant de beste vi har smakt i Norge. Tynn, sprø bunn med perfekt balanse mellom tomatsaus, ost og topping. Vi prøvde en med marinert kylling og løk, og den var full av smak, med saftig kjøtt og ost som strakk seg perfekt. Alt tyder på at de bruker ferske og gode råvarer. Servicen var imøtekommende og profesjonell, og det var tydelig at personalet bryr seg om at gjestene skal ha en god opplevelse. Pizzeria Melvin er et sted vi kommer til å anbefale til både venner og familie – perfekt både for en rolig lunsj, en middag med kjæresten eller en hyggelig kveld med venner. Nice and cozy pizzaria located in Langhus. Food was absolutely amazing, probably the best 🍕 in town. Cheese and cured meat board 🧀🥩, was nicely planned and had a great selection of excellent cheese and cured meats. Caprese buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, the best execution of simple yet tasty ingredients, buffalo mozzarella was the creamy and had a round flavor. Perfectly accompanied by cherry tomatoes topped with a swivel of balsamic vinegar. Absolutely recommend! Pizza 🍕. Every was tasty and unique in their own way, bun was crisp and had a chew you get from tippo 00 flour, and perfectly grilled with no signs of burning. N'duja love me, nice with and powerful punch you get from the spicy 🔥 n'duja salami. Mortadella with truffle, white cheese based bun topped with mortadella. With truffle mortadella. Carbonara pizza, one of the more interesting in the bunch, amazing white topped with guanciale bacon 🥓. Spaghetti 🍝 all'amatriciana, pasta with tomato based sauce. Kjempe god pizza! We’ve only ordered takeaway from this one, so we’ve never actually been there, but it was our favorite takeaway while living in Kolbotn. Really pizza! I went to Melvin pizzeria with two kids and we all loved it. The interior is very cozy, personel super friendly, waiting time was no more than 10min, and and pasta were so delicious that both kids could not stop eating and complained that it is too to leave unfinished :D I am happy I did not order anything for me, so mamaged to finish kids portions :) we deffinitely are coming back and can recomend it to everyone looking for a cozy kids-friendly restaurant ;) Food was incredible, was exactly like Naples pizza. The atmosphere inside was very pleasant and cozy, which certainly contributed to my positive impression of the place. The owners clearly pay a lot of attention to details, which can be seen in every aspect of the pizzeria - from the quality of the ingredients to the way they are prepared and served. Their passion for certainly translates into the taste and quality of their products. Nydelig mat, men etter å ha gått 1,5 mil hadde jeg veldig lyst på en øll og det fikk jeg da de selv om de hadde bevilgning solgte de drikke med alkohol. Om det var av religiøse grunner vet jeg ikke, men det er deres valg. Mitt valg er at jeg står over den gode pizzaen og velger et annet sted🥲 Denne pizzaen var helt fantastisk!
