As a step from our tour in the Balchik Palace we stopped by the winery house and it did not disappoint. The staff was very friendly and let us taste different types of with brief information about them and how are they served. I was really disappointed with my at Balcik Queens Winery. I purchased a bottle of rose and a bottle of melon rachiu. The rachiu claims to be 38.5 degrees, but after testing it with an alcohol meter, it barely registered 10.
