Într-o zi în care am tras o fugă până în Vama Veche și am dat peste niște valuri imense cu steag roșu, aici apa era foarte liniștită și copiii se puteau scălda liniștiți. Stațiunea este pe jumătate părăsită/nefolosită dar sunt destule locații deschise cum ar fi restaurantul, un magazin (nu cel de la intrare) și barul de la plajă.
