What really stood out to me, though, was the level of professionalism and care from the lifeguards. Not only are they highly skilled and always keeping an eye out for safety, but they’re also incredibly polite and friendly. They go above and beyond by interacting with guests, especially the kids, and keeping everyone entertained. Whether it's playing volleyball, organizing fun activities, or even helping out with paddle boards, their energy and enthusiasm really make the special. There were three of us, yet we only received one or two wristbands - never one for each person - and his attitude was consistently arrogant and disrespectful. After a few days, we asked for a receipt, which seemed to annoy him, apparently because we disrupted his little tax evasion scheme. About 30 minutes after we paid, he came over to my friend and demanded an extra payment because she was “using the shade” from a neighboring umbrella. Everyone on the was moving their sunbeds around for shade or sun, but he singled us out just to retaliate. The bar is equally bad, completely indifferent and unprofessional. I went to order a coffee; there were three of us waiting in line and three employees behind the bar, but only one of them was actually working. The other two were just standing around, laughing, and ignoring us. Another awful happened at their restaurant. We went there two evenings in a row. On the second night, we asked if we could sit down, they said yes and brought us menus. Then a guy came over and started shouting at us to leave because we didn’t have a reservation for that table. We politely asked if there was another table available, and he just kept yelling, “NO, YOU DON’T HAVE A RESERVATION, THIS IS A RESERVATION-ONLY RESTAURANT!”, even though we had been there the night before without one. We told him we understood but that it was really unprofessional to yell at customers, and rather than apologize or clarify, he sarcastically said “Sorry, come back tomorrow” in the most dismissive tone possible. This was by far the worst we've had with any bar or restaurant. We’ll never return to Bulgaria. I got the salmon poke, which was actually a poke-wannabe - the rice was about 30 grams, the avocado almost brown and obviously the salmon was completely rotten.
