Even on a quiet Monday, ordering a simple drink took more than 20 minutes while four bartenders and servers stood around chatting or being on their phones. The high for simple cocktails are not justified by the lackluster service. The absence of a dedicated washroom is inconvenient, forcing guests to use facilities in an adjacent restaurant. To add to the frustration, you must pay for chairs and umbrellas with cash, even though credit cards are accepted for food and drinks. This inconsistency in payment options is baffling and the pinnacle of Bulgarian logic. Overall, this place falls short of expectations and leaves much to be desired. Beds can only be purchased by cash while the food can be paid by card - which makes no sense. There are far better clubs to visit in the Varna - like adora or see me beach. The price is very reasonable foe the premium conditions they offer (50 leva/day for a 2 persons sunbed with puffs and towels). I ordered a cocktail and something to eat, it took quite a while until someone came up to me and took my order. The cocktail was great and there’s nothing to complain about the food besides them not bringing me any cutlery for the salad. Especially the female servers seemed kind of cold and unfriendly, I tried to make eye contact with them because I wanted to get the bill and they simply looked away. It took at least 15 minutes to bring someone to my attention which wouldn’t have been a problem but it was almost empty and I felt like they were purposely ignoring me. No one asked if the food was to my liking, no one said goodbye and there was just a lack of mannerism. Pretty sad considering the pretty location and the food not being that bad. Perfect for a chilled day, comfy sunbeds, music is great and not too loud, staff is nice. Definitely brings the vibe and quality of a more exclusive club without the high price. What a special place to relax, get tanned, drink a good and strong cocktail and listen to club music. When I asked how this happened, I was told that in general, if you do not arrive at the place before 11:30 am, then your reservation is canceled. But neither on the phone, nor on their Instagram page, this information is indicated. The attitude of the employees is extremely RUDE, they absolutely do not know how to communicate with visitors and provide service. The administrator began to say that everyone around on the knows about such conditions, and I am THE ONLY ONE who does not know, making me look like a fool. DEAR ADMINISTRATION, train your employees to communicate with visitors. Positioning yourself as a high-class place and providing such is simply ridiculous.
