We really loved it there. Beautiful view on the beach, nice stuff, excellent shisha. The customer is king? Not at this bar. Mediocre cocktails (bland S on the Beach, Mojito way too sour and Tequila Sunrise that only tastes like tequila) and super incompetent and unfriendly staff. We bought the premium international party guide card where you get 20% off at various bars and restaurants. When we mentioned this during payment, we were told super unfriendly and snippy that we had to show the card before ordering the drinks and that now the discount would be impossible and we would have to pay the full price. When asked, the waitress became more and more arrogant and unfriendly and responded to us 0, even though 3 cards were laying on the table when we ordered and the waitress saw them for sure, we just didn’t explicitly tell her. At other restaurants/bars (Sombrero for example) you don’t have to show the card beforehand and they even ask you if you habe one. Never ever again! Very nice Service. Shisha was nice. Cocktails were very good. I would advise going to the Toilet at home though. For me the best shisha at the Golden beach. The Hookahs are the best you can get and the prices are really low. The Barkeepers are the nicest and most beautiful i’ve ever seen.
