We visited this beautiful winery during Mythos Mosel. We tasted many different vintages of their red wine, all good. And, went inside to enjoy some tapas and tasting. All of the people were so friendly and helpful. They have a very picturesque garden with nice views of the Mosel. Our two night stay was restful. The property is beautiful inside and out. Our room with a balcony was large and had two separate living areas and a large balcony. The room looks newly remodeled and was very quiet. The property’s well maintained beer garden overlooks the Mosel and is a great place to enjoy with a meal. A bike path runs along the Mosel and is adjacent to the property. The property is bike friendly and they have a large secure bike room with electrical outlets for charging. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Breakfast is typical for Europe and is plentiful. Such an amazing location next to the river, great wines and great food and this all run by such a friendly family. Will certainly come back here! We have stayed here numerous times over the past 10 years when touring Germany and Western Europe. Piesport is a lovely village set alongside the Mosel river. This guest house backs onto the river and has a beautiful garden area where you can drink and dine with amazing views. The food has always been fantastic and there is a good selection to choose, as is the breakfast. The vineyards are literally just across the river so you can imagine how nice the is when grown and produced locally. Delicious. Would highly recommend staying at this guest house. The terrace is an amazing place to relax with a drink (especially the Sekt Riesling Brut and Auslese are amazing!!). Beautiful garden with view on the vineyards. We enjoyed the family vibe that surrounds this place, very friendly hosts. The winemaker was happy to give us more information on his wines during dinner upon request. The food is ok, however not highly recommended. Great place to stay, spacious room with a beautiful view on the Mosel. We had a tasting which was chosen by the owner.
