Just ask for the specialty of the day: it will be fresh, of good quality. I had the local Cocido dish. And I loved it. You can tell it is homemade and authentic Spanish food. However, please don't be too hard on the service standards around here. Althought service is very quick, don't forget that you are in rural Spain.
