Lovely beach, parking & toilets nearby. Mixture of sand, stone & shells. Nice friendly, family atmosphere. Would definitely come back 👌 Lovely old fashioned place to visit. Charming and friendly. Although the weather wasn't perfect we had a great time. The was not busy at all and the people we did see and interact with were very nice. The ground was not too wet so it was nice walking along the waters edge Fabulous beach, so very clean. An absolute delight. Drive out of London, easy parking @£6.50 for 4 hours, walk along the for a relaxing lunch and back. Even the public facilities were spotless, well worth the visit, great value! Lovely walk, not the softest of sand but still nice. Also home to the nicest huts in the UK. The pastel huts at the far end are immaculate and make for the prettiest pictures! Lovely walk along the Great beach, especially for dog walks. You can spend the morning walking the dog at the and getting some air in your lungs. Then pop into the victory, white hart or coast inn for some lunch. It is a lovely place to visit regardless of the season. Lovely Very wild and windy but it was 31st December! Imagine it's much nicer for families in Summer. As a dog friendly we found it really good to wander along the seafront allowing our labrador freedom to run around when appropriate. Big carpark and public toilets. is sand and stones. Very little shade so bring an umbrella if you need that. Recommend hoing We stayed two nights, lovely accommodation right next to a pub with fabulous restaurant. Beach good for walking and blowing the cobwebs way. Not the best to find if I’m honest. Sandy and stoney and when the tide is out bit of a mud Pitt. Good for the kids crabbing maybe or she’ll collecting. Didn’t want to stay long lots of little jumping bugs etc. not for me but it was empty and did have good toilet facilities and a shop to get and food. Always nice to go and spend a couple of hours here. Especially when the tide is out and you can walk on the sand bars. Very peaceful. A nice with plenty of space, parking near and free for 1 hr. There is a coffee shop and a few places to have a lunch/dinner A week back I visited this place with friends. This is the first I have visited is muddy and not suitable for swimming. However we dipped ourself inside the and played with ball. It was lovely experience seeing the resting on the sand beach. Went for long walk along the and collected lot of shells. I don't recommend to visit this one if you are visiting with families as is muddy. We spotted Jelly fishes there. Overall it's the nature, and long walks you enjoy there. Thanks 👍 Had a lovely day...glass of wine and some lunch near the front Beautiful, queit, and pieceful place. Ideal for family day out. beautiful, peaceful place. I stopped by chance, but immediately wanted to stay longer. I was disappointed that those charming houses could not be rented overnight, which is quite annoying.
