Jeden z najkrajsich drevenych kostolikov zapisany do zoznamu UNESCO. Quite beautiful church. Not too busy. No German or English, only on the pre-recorded information track that can be played inside the church. The lady tried to charge me 5 euros for that. That was outrageous. 1 or maybe 2 euros would have been acceptable. Maybe it's an idea to put up a list with fixed prices as the lady cab't really explain in English or German. Beautiful and peaceful place. The is amazing. The is nice but the lady inside is an icon of unhospitality, she jumped us as we just entered almost screaming that we should be paying charity 2 euros each and right away and how come we didn't pay it already. Outrageous. We told her, that we are used to different kind of welcoming tourists and that we'll gladly pay entrance fee but her behavior is terrible. She said that there is no entrance fee but we need to pay charity or else.. So we turned around and said bye. There are better wooden churches around with much nicer people. Not recommended. Lovely church. We called ahead and they told us to call when we arrived. They let us right in. We were given a lovely introduction to the and learned all about it's history. Gorgeous murals on the walls. Odporúčame navštíviť, unikátna pamiatka, unikátny vyklad. Škoda že sa o túto pamiatku štát nestará adekvátne jej významu (UNESCO ) A long Trip with terrible streets and than a small parking lot in front of the church. When you see photos on Internet it looks much better than in real. A bit disapointing. UNESCO church. Please, pay 2EUR/adults and 1EUR/children to the to keep it in this beutiful state. It really worth. Nice little wooden church, finally one amongst all the others open, BUT the lady just points at a list of audioguide and doesn't speak a peep of other languages except EURO!! Even for a picture of the tiny inside you would have to pay!! Amazing and sacred place. The keeper is amazing and super informative. For 3€ you can get an excursion and take interesting pictures Closed but a beautiful If you are planning on visiting make sure to bring cash. The entry fee which includes a lecture and taking pictures inside the is 3€. The lady was insane. She accused from nothing that I took photos of and asked for money (indeed, there was no sign that it's paid). In official page of there was no fee, not even anywhere was written, however she asked for this as well. She asked for this compulsory "gift" and unless didn't let us. She was screaming and for this accusation she didn't apologise. Although, I was wishing to show her that I didn't take any photos of church, she didn't want to look at it. Very rude person.
