We were a little bit struggling to understand, where to find our locker and how it works at the begining. There are no guidelines or description. It was quite confusing. The place is quite nice, but it would be much better, if people with kids would just stay in certain areas, where they can play and jump in the water. The children also enjoyed the slides. The food in the is delicious, a bit expensive compared to other thermal baths we have been to in Austria. There is a paid parking lot. Don't forget to validate the ticket at the exit of the thermal baths in order to receive the discounted parking fee. Instead of offering solutions or at least showing some empathy, they acted as if we were the problem for not wanting to be naked in public. We felt misled, humiliated, and extremely unwelcome. There should be clear and visible warnings in multiple languages during booking and at the entrance – not hidden in fine print or left as a surprise. For a place that claims to offer wellness and relaxation, this was anything but. I do not recommend Therme Wien, especially for international visitors or anyone uncomfortable with full nudity. What’s even more surprising is that this occurred on a Thursday and Friday morning, far from peak hours. A company of this caliber should prioritize a better experience for its guests. This level of inefficiency is unacceptable. If you enjoy thermal spas where you have to wait 20-30 minutes just to get in, then this is the perfect place for you. Bonus Oh, and that’s not all! We paid 102 Euro for a family of 3. - Crowded: The were quite busy, making it less relaxing. - not included: Access to the costs an additional 15 Euros per person for just one hour. - Limited activities: After an hour of swimming in similar pools, the only option left was heading to the buffet. - Lack of quiet spaces: There’s no place to rest in silence unless you pay extra for the lounge area. - Towels and Bathrobes are NOT included - bring your own of pay 9.99 Euro for Bathrobe per visit We really enjoyed our visit to "Therme Wien." My mom and I had a great time relaxing. The water was clean, the were friendly, and there were plenty of changing cabins. We also ate at the café near the pools. We had cheesecake and coffee, and both were very good. The prices were a bit high, both for the food and the entrance, but I still highly recommend it! I expected a mineral bath similar to those in Budapest but these are merely heated pools. The mineral content is very small so there is no health benefit. The place is clean despite the large number of visitors. There are plenty of hair dryers, especially important in the winter. As others have noted, there is a long wait to enter and exit the spa due to insufficient staff. Even though the spa officially closes at 22:00 you actually have to leave at about 21:30, when everything closes down. Finally there is no signage in English even though there are many tourists who come here. To summarize, if you want to enjoy a pleasant heated then this is for you. If you want a real mineral bath spa, then look elsewhere. I visited Termeh Wien for the first time yesterday and had booked a specialized back and neck massage unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the least effective massages I’ve ever had. It felt more like a basic relaxation massage, lacking the depth and technique I expected. To make things worse, when I stood up afterward, I noticed a cockroach on the floor, which really ruined the experience. That said, Termeh Wien has its strengths, especially the women’s-only and tailoring section, which is a great option for those who prefer a non-mixed environment. Later, I visited the Termeh café, where unfortunately they didn’t have a machine for serving warm milk with coffee and oat milk wasn’t available either something I found surprising for a place like this.
