Estrecho de la Arboleja

Totana, Spain Tourist attraction

Top-rated.online cuts through the clutter, highlighting only the reviews that are most helpful, earn the most likes, or come from the most active contributors. A natural gully you can walk through cuts by the flowing water over time. There are quite a few steps to the bottom. Large car park with barbecue area and drinking fountain. Due to some rock fall etc could not explore fully. This is a totally free place to go. Nearby is the town of Aledo which is well worth visiting Well worth an excursion if in the area. Quite remote location but easily accessible with car. Big car park and even BBQ facilities. Beautiful place and so peaceful, only saw approx 6 people. Once you get on the track from the starting point which is marked. Some of the beginning trail is roped, remember to take a right turn when you come to the end of the roped trail into the caverns... Amazing. No toilets or café on site,we made a stop at the monastery for toilet and drinks etc which is close by. An amazing place, worth visiting, but it's challenging at the end of the trail, especially after the rainy season. We couldn't finish the trail as it required to climb Absolutely a lovely place to visit. Big car park, with tables for picnic. The gorges are spectacular. Not very big but so interesting. The water tunnels were open when we went to visit. Tottally reccomend. And all that for free. Nice walk through a short canyon with vertical walls. Slippery on some sections even on dry days. Some climbing needed to make the full circular trip. This was a fun and "cool" side tour. The ravine is short, but has some great features and fun shots. There is an old aquaduct (viaduct?) and some cliff dwellings in the area. Really cool place to walk and see. Steps all the way down free carpark too. Only one other person there - nice visit.
