It was my first time trying Japanese wine. Quite strong in taste and bit bitter too. It was 9 euro if I am not mistaken per glass so if you are not a bitter drink person, I wouldn’t recommend spend that much on wine :) Fantastic place, great and probably the best we have ever had. We had one of the Mixed Boats – nice variety, very fish. But the highlight: the homemade dumplings. Definitely recommend! You should visit! Amazing sushi... sure... but OMG their dumplings are somewhere between perfect and heaven. Edamame -> dumplings -> roll -> sake... It's labelled as takeaway, but you can sit down (spots limited). We had dinner there and had to come back the next day for another round (and would go there on the next if we stayed in town)... Perfect in every way! The was great - all the way from the smile which greeted us when we walked through the door, all the way through to the end - we were well looked after. The food was and delicious and some of the best we have tried. Thank you for making our anniversary dinner so special and catering us and our children so well - we will be back I am sure!
