Very nice Hotel, in the middle of nature. This hotel have swimming pool, fitness gym, restaurant. Used to love coming here for family reunions and we planned on many of them to come but because of the events this year we will not come here anymore. We are a big family and we decided to rent the entire cabin for the reunion because we didn't know how many of us are going to make it. The over filled the place and we were more than anticipated. There were not enough rooms for all of us and some had to leave others to rent beds to add to rooms. Although the beds are the same size they charge a higher price for adults than children because of the "breakfast included" because an adult would eat alot more than a kid, they were doing buffet. Well on top of that one of us left a pair of shoes outside to go hiking on the close by hill, and a couple of hours later the shoes were gone. No cameras outside to check, no one knows anything, no one saw anything and they also had the guts to say maybe one of us took them by mistake. They were rude and with an attitude responding back to our questions. I gave it a 2 stars but I think they truly deserve less than that for they way they acted and talked to us. A place a bit overrated for their services. The placement is beautiful, surrounded by mountains and near a river. The room we initially got on the first floor was smelling like food due to it's position above the kitchen. Staff was kind enough to give us a new room on 3rd floor with a smaller bed, but no smell. Towels were a bit overused, they should consider replacing them and 2 out of 4 were smelling like smoke, perhaps due to the place where they dry them; small shower gel (7ml). The bed was kinda stiff, if you have back problems you might find it difficult to get a good rest. Pricing was fair though and the breakfast was ok. First night it was ok but the second one was not. When we came back around 21.00 everything was in the dark. They said there had been a storm so the power was out, no running water also. They said they were waiting for some one to fix it, they had been waiting for 4 hours already. When we asked about a back up generator they shrugged, and that was all they did for all our questions. In the end we got fed up with their carelessness and we left. I didn't enjoy the experience one bit. Excellent place to spend relaxing time!
