Very nice spaces for rent in which you can house a party, a seminary, an exposition or even a party. It is composed from 4 medium sized and one larger hall. They come with their own kitchen and a great chef that can cater for all your culinary whims. The position is one of the most central for spaces that can host such a large number of guest. It is no longer for rent, it doesn't host any events, it is turn into office spaces. Very big place with a lot halls. Is good for big events. One hall have 300 people capacity. The impression depends on your perspective. As an organizer it's pretty expensive and pretty hard to manage to make a great event. As a participant to an event, your opinion depends on how the is organized. As a conference hall, the place has minimum facilities. The access is difficult, from a narrow and busy street, in a heavy traffic area. In the past they used to have free parking inside, but now the place is used by Digi technical crews, who are managing also the parking area access, totally chaotic, allowing access randomly and collecting a 5ron entrance fee (cash). Un loc superb cu multe săli I was for a preview of Tony Robbins's Unleash the Power Within but the location was in a "dubious" area of Bucharest and the premises could have been better for such an event. Well, what can I say. The preview was free and it was in Romania. Nice venue with a pretty large number of parking lots, easily accessible. I highly recommend this place for your events, especially if you want a classic designed space. Very bad air-conditioning system, weak service standard, missing basic amenities in such as tissue box, no mineral water offered in rooms only chargeable in minibar and only 2 small bottles available although service is only till 10:30 pm, service rarely picks up the call, door does not close properly requires a push, garbage bin only available in toilet no bin in the apartment suite room, toilet seat almost broken, in addition to that they charged me over 50% of my original rate for a late checkout, rood housekeeping and do not speak English at all, unprofessional hotel manager received all my comments with no action taken only one answer received "we will look into your complain" did not even bother to follow up upon my check out, hotel requires maintenance and is definitely not value for money, I did not have such a bad experience in such a long time and I assure I was very honest and transparent in my comments no exaggeration in Anyway.
