Locally produced and very hard to distinguish from the real deal. T'Rest hotel: Good mattresses and recently renovated bathrooms. Such a shame that even though confirmation was given beforehand, there was no plant based milk nor adapted breakfast for dairy intolerance... The breakfast itself was elaborate and tasteful with good coffee. The food, the drinks, the decor, the service, the warm welcome in french and english to us and our dog! T'Rest really nailed it! Ps: I pay attention to details, and one thing I noticed that says it all, is that they do too! The manager was almost on his knees, CORRECTLY levelling two tables flushly together!! Thanks to this proactive mindset that is rarely found in other restaurants, I didn't have to find some creative way to fix this issue myself during dinner! Yaaaaay!! You drive along an inconspicuous country road and suddenly it's there behind the gate. Absolutely lovingly restored and furnished from the entrance area to the rooms. The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom a highlight with the old cabinets...in the hallway the restored chapel, everything very coherent and high quality. The breakfast was also extremely tasteful. Handmade dishes from bread to hummus, pancakes, eggs, cakes...you can not try everything. We were more than thrilled. And the staff was also extremely friendly and accommodating.
