After trying another local place and it being full we were able to get a table straight away. We visited on a Tuesday night. I take out pasta carbonara regularly from this place. They serve the pasta in a hot container that holds warm until you get home (+15’ drive). The pasta is delicious and the portions are big. Some items from the menu were not available or discontinued. Starters and pizza were very nice and well prepared. Waited 1.5 hours for our food which was 3 simple pizzas and a lasagna. We had drinks and food and spent over 200€. Very expensive, poor customer service attentiveness. Will not return. Friendly staff, good food, good service! I definatly would reccomand this place. Rather pricy though Very good food. Nice people but slow service, food arrived fast. All tables are really cramped. Could barely get out of my chair without bothering the person behind me. Not a single remark on the food! We absolutely loved it! The flavors were just perfect and everything was perfectly on point! Even the spices were just right! We went home with full bellies and pure satisfaction! Well done Volpé Zottegem! Haven’t tried the food yet but super nice people! I was stranded at the gas station across and my cards weren’t working. One of the staff members was kind enough to let me wire money to him and use his card instead, even 2 hours after the restaurant closed. Says a lot about their mentality and service!
